October is Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM), and Premier Personnel wants to highlight some of the success stories of people we have supported to find employment. Today we would like to introduce you to Matthew K.

Matthew began his journey with Enns Brothers in 2010 as a Detailer, where his strong work ethic immediately stood out. By August of 2014, his hard work paid off when he was promoted directly to Yard Operations Coordinator—a role he has excelled in ever since.

As a dedicated tractor enthusiast, Matthew is truly in his element. One of his favourite perks was securing a great deal on his own riding mower through Enns Brothers, which he thoroughly enjoys using on the weekends. Matthew has been a valued, reliable employee, and Enns Brothers is proud to support his continued success.
