DREAMSCAPE ONE is an important project that addresses the challenges we face on climate change, with an end focus of a safe and brighter outlook for our planet and all future generations. The core objectives of our vision are based on renewable energy, habitation, agriculture as well as commerce & tourism. The prototype facility is being constructed under one superstructure roof at a minimum heigh

t of 160 feet on a footprint of 500 acres in a fully self-sustainable environment. Essentially this is a small city with a protective envelope, with its own eco system that maintains sustainability while running on renewable energy. The first structure is being built as a global destination theme park blended with:

Commercial and Living spaces, Hotels, Golf Courses, an International Sportsplex an Amusement Park, a Water Park, an Amphitheater, lakes, rivers, parks and trails and much more. We needed something that is revenue generating. We use the term “prototype” because DreamScape One is being designed for replication around the globe, with a significant possibility for future growth.
