Its been a busy summer, and a good one!
We’ve officially wrapped up another amazing summer of Thrive and Mini Mentors, and we couldn’t be more grateful for all the fun, friendships, learning, and memories made along the way!
Through Thrive, young people had the chance to connect, build confidence, try new things, get out into the community, and most importantly have fun!
Our Mini Mentors program brought together younger and older youth to build friendships, practice leadership and mentoring skills, and learn from one another.
Our Bring It series allowed young people from Woodstock to Hartland to showcase their talents with singing, dancing, comedy and more.

A HUGE thank you to Liz and Jesse for being such wonderful leaders this summer! Also thank you to our staff, volunteers, community partners, families, and of course all of the incredible young people who joined us.

Back to school packs are a hit again this year! We just put them out today and are taking donations of school supplies anytime 📚✏️✂️📓

Last Wednesday we wrapped up "Bring It!" We had youth open mic performances at Unit XIII and a few words from Heidi Harper, our In-School Mentoring Coordinator and Scosha Diamond, one of our In-School Mentors.

A huge thank you to McCain Global Digital Technology Centre, McCain Foods (Canada), Heather Kimball and the whole McCain Canada Florenceville Complex group for the school supply donations!
We will be putting together our back to school packs and they will be availabel to anyone who needs them starting tomorrow, August 12 at our office. 108 Richmond St. Woodstock. 🎒✏️🎓💖

Our Art Project is making progress, and it looks great so far!
We have had sticks created by many of our BBBS family (kids, mentors, parents & staff) along with members of the public at many events so far including: July 1st Floats Woodstock Paddling Club Fredericton Boyce Farmers' Market Dooryard Arts Festival Big Iron Show N Shine

We have some talented artists in the area 🙂
