Exciting progress is being made as we get ready for the 2026 Pool Season!

Today, the felt pad is being installed to create a softer, more comfortable base for your feet, while also protecting the liner (Photo). The pool liner installation is expected to be completed by the end of next week!

The fence installation is also underway today.

Our Pool Manager and Deck Leads have been working hard on the program schedule, so stay tuned for updates over the next week or two.

Please note: the pool phone is not currently connected, as construction inside the building is still ongoing. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

We couldn’t be more excited to see this investment in our pool and our community! It’s sure to make a splash with these upgrades. 😉

A huge thank you to the Government of Ontario for investing in active, healthy living right here at McKay Park.

Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share the transformation with you! 💙

Our government is investing $194,000 to protect jobs and
upgrade the pool in Plympton-Wyoming’s McKay Park. This investment is part of the province’s $200 million Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund (CSRIF), a provincewide initiative that helps communities revitalize local facilities, grow the economy
