Calling all Yellowknife community groups! Registration is now open for the 2026 Community Showcase.

This free, City-supported event offers local non-profit organizations, clubs, and community groups the opportunity to connect with residents, promote their programs and services, recruit volunteers and members, and showcase the valuable work they do in our community.

To reserve your table, email [email protected] with "COMMUNITY SHOWCASE" in the subject line by 5:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026.

Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2026
Time: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Yellowknife Public Library – Meeting Room

CRA Outreach Agent can help with:
- Filing personal tax returns (2016–2025)
- Applying for Child Benefits
- Printing Notices of Assessment (NOAs) and Statements of Income
- Updating personal information (address, direct deposit, and more)
- Answering questions about your personal tax returns
- Assisting with CRA letters
- Finding uncashed cheques

What you need to bring:
- Your Social Insurance Number (SIN), or
- A valid government-issued photo ID to complete identity verification

This is a drop-in event. Please note that the CRA Outreach agent cannot assist with business, farming, or trust-related tax questions.
