Cuba has excelled.
Cuba has become the
Jewel of Latin America.
And Yankee imperialism is jealous.

Jealous of Cuba’s literacy rate,
Jealous of Cuban doctors,
Jealous of Cuban athletes,
Jealous of Cuba’s respected role
In world affairs.

To re**rd Cuba’s progress,
Yankee imperialism imposed sanctions—
Political sanctions on Cuba,
Cultural sanctions on Cuba,
Economic sanctions on Cuba.
Sanctions meant to strangle and destroy.

Remember Libya, once the jewel of Africa?
Libya, with free education,
Libya, with free healthcare,
Libya, with free state housing—
Until Yankee imperialism invaded.
Libya became a failed state.
Yankee imperialism looted
Her gold, diamonds, and silver,
And established slave markets
Where humans are bought and sold.

Let Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Russia, and China
Stand with Cuba and say: No!
No to Yankee imperialism!

Long live Raúl Castro!
Long live the people of Cuba!
Long live the Cuban Revolution!
