1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion participates in the Wreath Laying Ceremony in commemorating the 58th anniversary of Ruby Tower earthquake victims

The memorial honors the victims that struck Ruby Towers in Manila during the 1968 earthquake with a 7.3 magnitude.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion was tapped to conduct the Wreath Laying Ceremony which was led by 1LT CEASAR ESTRADA PA(RES), 2LT JOHN IVAN ALDE PA(RES) and Tsgt Paul Ericson Ke Chung PA(Res). In attendance are representatives of Manila City Council led by Honorable Councilor Jefferson “JEFF” Lau.

The ceremony was participated by various civic organizations, fire and rescue volunteers whose presence underscores the commitment in honoring the victims but also reminds us to rally together and be prepared for calamities and emergencies.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion conducts clean up and feeding program at Brgy 49 Tutuban Tondo Manila.

Personnel from 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion led by Alpha Company Commander 1LT CEASAR ESTRADA PA(RES) teamed up with Brgy 49 Honorable Chairman Indelencio Dionisio for a Clean Up Drive and Feeding Program August 01, 2026 at Tutuban Tondo Manila.

The activity started early as personnel conducted clean up drive with the together with Barangay workers and our reservists prepared meals for the elderly and children with fun games conducted in between.

Through this initiative, our personnel continue to demonstrate their commitment to community service that projects a positive image for the Armed Forces of the Philippines as a whole.

Manila City local government passes resolution supporting 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion and recruitment of reservists.

Manila City Council unanimously approved Resolution 465 supporting the Recruitment and Training of Qualified Army Reservists for 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion.

Sponsored by Honorable City Councilors Jefferson “JEFF” Lau, Rosalino “JHUN” Ibay and Majority Floor Leader Raymundo “MON” Yupangco, the resolution was approved allowing qualified residents to apply and become Army reservists thru strict qualification procedures.

1304th Community Defense Center Director LTC ALVIN AUREL INF(PA), 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion commander LTC XAVIER CELESTIAL QMS(GSC)PA(RES) were on hand during the simple turnover of the signed resolution which will be forwarded to higher command of National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Center Group Commander COL MARIA VICTORIA I BLANCAFLOR MNSA (ARM) PA

This collaboration between Manila City Local Government and our unit will further strengthen Army reservist development, community security and will greatly enhance disaster response and manpower assistance during calamities and emergencies.

Undeterred by the sudden heavy downpour, 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion officers and personnel proceeded with the regular sunday mustering and salute to the flag ceremony.

Despite the heavy rain, Officers and personnel stood at attention as they sung our National Anthem, Recited the Panunumpa sa Watawat at Bagong Pilipinas, belted Awit Kawal, hum our 1304th Hymn and Pilipinas kong Mahal.

The officers and personnel demonstrated their discipline and dedication proving their oath to serve the nation as they hold ground regardless of severe weather conditions.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion conducts repainting of classrooms at Manila High School and clean up at Battalion Headquarters

Acting on the request of Manila High School to assist them in repainting the walls and classroom, Battalion Commander LTC XAVIER C CELESTIAL QMS(GSC)PA(RES) immediately mobilized personnel to assist Manila High School in repainting and cleaning the classrooms and school premises.

Personnel from other Company units also helped clean the Battalion surrounding in order to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

The activity highlights our Battalion and Philippine Army socio civic commitment to our community. Our presence also strengthened the spirit of community cooperation and our role as Army reservists supporting education and nation building.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “THE FORT” Battalion conducts successful simultaenous feeding program with stakeholders and partners as part of Nutrition month this 19 July 2026

With 3rd Civil-Military Operations Company , 11th Civil-Military Operations "Kaugnayan" Battalion , our personnel thru Tsgt Paul Ericson Ke Chung PA (Res) assisted in a Community Outreach Program at the Barangay Maysilo Covered Court, Malabon City on 19 July 2026, reaffirming its commitment to promoting health, nutrition, and community resilience through strengthened civil-military cooperation

Simultaneously, thru our partners THE FORT Intramuros Eagles Club, SAMBIGKIS Elite Eagles Club and Tagapangalaga Central Eagles Club led by 2LT JOHN IVAN ALDE PA (RES) conducted a feeding program at Brgy 20 Isla Puting Bato Tondo Manila.

The activity further reflects the Armed Forces of the Philippines' enduring commitment to serving the people beyond its traditional security mandate by building resilient, empowered, and self-reliant communities.

1304th Ready Reserve Infantry “The FORT” Battalion participated in the National Peace Walk program to marked the 10th Anniversary of the Historic 2016 South China Sea Abitral Award.

The program promptly started at 630am as personnel led by 1LT CEASAR ESTRADA PA(RES) marched together with participants to commence the Peace Walk. After which, inspirational messages from Honorable Secretary of National Defense GILBERT TEODORO and Chief of Staff Armed Forces of the Philippines GEN ROMEO S BRAWNER JR AFP were delivered as the program ended with songs from Musikalayaan.

The activity reaffirmed our sovereign rights, created public awareness on the 2016 South China Sea ruling and promoted National Unity.
