🌏 第十屆凱達格蘭論壇登場|民主夥伴齊聚台灣,共同守護印太和平與民主韌性!
「 #凱達格蘭論壇:2026印太安全對話」今天登場,匯集來自亞太、歐洲、北美及拉美等地政要、國會議員及專家學者,共同探討民主韌性、印太安全合作及非紅供應鏈等重要議題,展現國際民主夥伴攜手因應全球挑戰的堅定決心。
賴清德總統在開幕致詞表示,面對威權主義擴張,台灣將持續守護民主自由價值、維護區域和平穩定,並善用AI、半導體及資通訊等產業優勢,攜手理念相近國家打造更具韌性的「非紅供應鏈」,共同促進安全與繁榮。另呼籲國際社會團結反制中國的《民族團結進步法》與跨國鎮壓。
佳龍部長則指出,今年適逢凱達格蘭論壇創立第10年、我國總統直選30週年及解嚴39週年,台灣一路走來,以民主深化國家韌性,並持續與國際夥伴建立互信、深化合作。「 #民主台灣」是我國與世界攜手維護自由、和平與穩定的重要基礎。另批判中國實施的《民族團結進步促進法》為威權輸出及跨國鎮壓提供法律基礎,同時呼籲民主陣營須建構更強大的防線,反制中國破壞各國人權與主權的惡劣行徑,確保任何形式的脅迫都無法摧毀自由意志。
論壇期間, 向賴總統遞交聲明,呼籲民主國家共同因應中國實施《民族團結進步促進法》及跨境鎮壓所帶來的挑戰;多位國際與會人士也重申,唯有深化合作、共享經驗,才能共同維護以規則為基礎的國際秩序。

🌏 Democratic partners converge in Taiwan in support of Indo-Pacific peace & democratic resilience at 10th Ketagalan Forum
The Ketagalan Forum: 2026 Indo-Pacific Security Dialogue kicked off earlier today, as politicians, lawmakers, and experts from the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas gathered in Taipei to discuss democratic resilience, Indo-Pacific security cooperation, and non-red supply chains, demonstrating the determination of democratic partners to tackle global challenges.
President Lai Ching-te stated that as the CCP's authoritarianism continues to expand, Taiwan will safeguard the values of freedom and democracy, maintain regional peace and stability, and leverage our expertise in AI, semiconductors, and information and communication technology to connect with democratic partners and build non-red supply chains, making our economies more resilient and our nations more secure and prosperous.
MOFA Minister Lin Chia-lung stated that this is the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Ketagalan Forum, the 30th anniversary of Taiwan's first direct presidential election, and the 39th anniversary of the lifting of martial law in Taiwan, adding that Taiwan is working to strengthen national resilience through democracy and continues to strengthen cooperation and trust with global partners. He added that a democratic Taiwan is an important foundation for efforts to uphold freedom, peace and stability with the international community. At the same time, he called on democratic countries to strengthen their defenses and counter PRC attempts to subvert the human rights and sovereignty of nations worldwide, ensuring that coercion cannot undermine free will.
During the forum, the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China presented a statement to President Lai, calling on democratic countries to respond jointly to the PRC Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress and the challenges brought by transnational repression. Several foreign dignitaries in attendance at the forum stated that only by strengthening cooperation and experience-sharing can we uphold the rules-based international order.
