⚖️ Last week we held the annual moot court hearing of our Annual Training Course. The moot court reinforces the knowledge acquired throughout the program, while offering participants a realistic experience of how WTO dispute settlement proceedings work.

Participants take on roles as panelists, complainants, respondents, and third parties. They prepare written submissions and a panel report, and engage actively by asking and responding to questions during the moot exercise.

Once again, this year’s participants did a great job. Congratulations to all involved!

It was a pleasure to participate in a conference in Manila focusing on the recent outcomes of MC14.
Many thanks to the organizers for the kind invitation and for providing such a valuable platform to exchange ideas and perspectives with fellow practitioners and stakeholders.

The ACWL is delighted that H. E. Ambassador and Permanent Representative Sharaf Sheralizoda and ACWL Executive Director Niall Meagher signed the Republic of Tajikistan's Protocol of Accession to become an ACWL developing country Member.

Hier, nous avons eu le plaisir de démarrer une nouvelle édition de notre programme annuel consacré au droit de l'OMC.
Cette année, le programme mettra l’accent sur les accords spécifiques.
Nous sommes ravis d’avoir accueilli les participants lors de cette première session et nous nous réjouissons de poursuivre sur cette belle dynamique tout au long de l’année.
Nous espérons renouveler le succès de l’édition précédente !

Continuing our commitment to the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition, it was a pleasure for ACWL colleagues and alumni to serve as judges in the Regional Rounds in Peru and Cameroon.
Congratulations to all the students for their brilliant participation, and sincere thanks to ELSA for the excellent organization.

Le Cours annuel en français sur le droit de l’OMC démarre la semaine prochaine !
De mai à décembre, ce programme sera consacré aux accords spécifiques de l’OMC.
Les Missions concernées ont déjà reçu leur invitation. Nous nous réjouissons de vous retrouver très bientôt.

Le cours se déroulera de mai à décembre, avec une pause estivale, et portera sur les accords spécifiques de l’OMC.

Les séances auront lieu les mardis à l’annexe de l’ACWL, avec plusieurs sessions de rattrapage en ligne.

Les invitations ont été envoyées aux Missions concernées.
