The Claims Resolution Tribunal was responsible for processing claims relating to assets deposited in Swiss banks by Victims or Targets of N**i persecution prior to and during the Second World War.

The Claims Resolution Tribunal (“CRT”) published the names of the owners of approximately 24,100 accounts that probably or possibly belonged to victims of N**i persecution during Holocaust period. After investigations in Swiss Banks CRT has paid from Bank accounts 1.800.000.000,00 CHF (see: Settlement Agreement).
