Dear Play Villagers,
After a lot of thought, reflection, and very mixed emotions, we’re sharing that Play Village will be closing its doors in two months. Our last day open will be Wednesday the 1st of April.
What started as a small dream grew into a beautiful, expansive space filled with imagination, tiny footsteps, belly laughs, friendships, and so much joy. Watching this space come to life, and truly become a village, has been incredibly special.
As much as the vision and love were always there, maintaining a space of this size and cost is simply not sustainable with our current number of visitors. This decision wasn’t easy, but it’s the right one for our family at this stage.
This doesn’t feel like a final goodbye. What the next stage of Play Village might look like, perhaps in another location or form, is still open. We will keep our channels open and will inform you in case we find a suitable alternative.
Thank you to every family who walked through our doors, trusted us with their little ones, and helped shape this village into what it became. Play Village will always hold a very special place in my heart.
For the next two months, we will still be open, and we’d love to welcome our community in for a few more moments of play as this chapter turns into the next.
