On the field, in the crowd, and present where it matters most.

On Saturday 21st of February 2026, the Freemind Center Support Team joined thousands of spectators at the 21st edition of the Mount Cameroon Race of Hope, held at the Molyko Omnisport Stadium.
-
-
-
Eight dedicated Freemind Agents positioned themselves at the various entrances to the stadium, engaging men and women as they arrived to witness runners descending from the mountain.
-
-
-
Through brief conversations, the team shared information about the Center’s services, offered guidance, and distributed brochures and flyers to help more young people understand where and how to seek support.
In total, 200 flyers were distributed. In addition, packets of condoms were shared with sexually active youths, accompanied by practical education on responsible and safe sexual behavior.
-
-
-
We extend our sincere appreciation to the committed Agents who gave their time and energy to ensure that awareness reached the crowd. Community presence matters. Information saves lives. Prevention remains better than cure.

Freemind Center celebrating WORLD CONDOM DAY 2026 with action!

On February 13, as we marked World Condom Day, the Freemind Center team stepped out into the community to translate awareness into action.

Our outreach took place in front of the Presbook Building and around UB Junction in Molyko, where our staff, alongside a few newly trained Freemind Agents, engaged directly with the public. It was encouraging to see young people willing to listen, ask questions, and receive accurate information.
-
-
During the outing, we distributed over 700 condoms to sexually active youths, both male and female. Those reached included students, taxi drivers, traders, truck pushers, and passersby. Each interaction was handled respectfully and responsibly, with clear guidance on correct and consistent condom use.
-
-
-
The exercise was not limited to distribution. It was equally an opportunity for education. We reminded those we met that protection is not only about preventing unplanned pregnancies, but also about reducing the risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. We also directed them to the Freemind Center for continued support.
-
-
-
-

Our message was simple. Anyone in need of condoms can visit our office. Beyond that, the Center offers counseling, HIV testing, sexual and reproductive health education, and other youth-friendly services at no cost.
-
-
-
-
We appreciate the dedication of our team and the commitment of our Freemind Agents who put their training into practice. Community outreach remains at the heart of what we do.
