📢🩵 Ce 30 juillet, unissons nos voix contre la traite des êtres humains.
Le 30 juillet, à l'occasion de la Journée mondiale contre la traite des êtres humains, la Belgique se mobilise aux côtés de l'UNODC dans le cadre de la campagne . Cette campagne vise à attirer l'attention sur une réalité souvent invisible mais qui touche des milliers de personnes à travers le monde.
Le thème 2026, « Piégés derrière l’escroquerie », met en lumière les victimes piégées par des réseaux criminels qui exploitent la vulnérabilité humaine à des fins de profit.
🇧🇪 La Belgique est pleinement engagée dans cette lutte à travers une approche fondée sur la prévention, la protection des victimes, les poursuites des trafiquants et la coopération internationale. Elle soutient également les victimes grâce à des centres spécialisés, un mécanisme national de signalement créé en 2022 et sa contribution au United Nations Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking.

🔹 Restons attentifs aux signes d'exploitation.
🔹 Soutenons les victimes et les organisations qui les accompagnent.

On 30 July, for the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, Belgium joins the UNODC's Campaign to raise awareness and take action against human trafficking. Thee campaign highlights a crime that often remains hidden but affects countless lives worldwide.
This year's theme, "Trapped Behind the Scam", shines a light on victims who are deceived and trapped by criminal networks seeking to profit from their vulnerability.
🇧🇪 Belgium remains strongly committed to combating human trafficking through a comprehensive approach based on prevention, victim protection, prosecution, and international cooperation. Belgium also supports victims through specialised assistance centres, a national reporting mechanism established in 2022, and contributions to the United Nations Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking.

🔹 Stay alert to signs of exploitation.
🔹 Support victims and organisations working on the ground.
🔹 Share information about available help and reporting mechanisms.
