Over the next three days, northern Vietnam will experience heavy to torrential rain, with parts of the northeast facing intense downpours to extreme torrential rain. Accumulated rainfall in these areas is expected to reach 70–150 mm, with some regions receiving 180–250 mm, and localized areas in Ninh Binh Province exceeding 300 mm. Additionally, central and northern India, Nepal, and surrounding areas will experience heavy to torrential rain, with localized intense downpours.

Continuous rainfall will persist across eastern India, Nepal, and Bangladesh in the next 5 days. Heavy and locally very heavy rain and intense thunderstorms are expected in western Nepal, as well as the Indian states of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh. Accumulated rainfall will range from 60 to 150 mm, with some areas exceeding 200 mm, and localized totals in east India surpassing 250 mm .
