文殊院位於四川成都市區中心地帶，是集禪林聖跡、園林名勝、朝拜修學於一體的佛教廟宇。始建於隋朝大業年間，初名信相。康熙帝御賜「空林」匾額一塊，因此文殊院又名「空林堂」。建築面積20餘萬平方米。宗教氣息濃郁。
