The Migrant Workers Office and OWWA spearheaded an event for the Filipino community in celebration of Philippine Independence Day and Migrant Workers Month on 21 June 2026 at the Chinnery Ballroom, Artyzen Grand Lapa Hotel.

The OWWA delegation from Manila led by Administrator Patricia Yvonne “PY” M. Caunan attended the event to formally launch the OWWA E-Card in Macau SAR. Around 800 clients availed services during the one-day event, which included the processing and renewal of OWWA membership, along with the issuance of the OWWA E-Card.

In her remarks, Administrator Caunan announced that OWWA intends to bring the OFW Caravan to Macau SAR together with different Philippine government offices such as the Pag-IBIG, SSS, LTO, PSA, and DSWD.

Sa loob lamang ng isang araw ng OWWA E-Card Issuance at OWWA Membership Registration/Renewal sa Macau, umabot na sa 683 OWWA E-Cards ang naipamahagi habang 166 OFWs naman ang matagumpay na nakapag-renew ng kanilang OWWA membership.

Sa pangunguna ni OWWA Administrator Patricia Yvonne "PY" Caunan, patuloy na inilalapit ng OWWA ang mahahalagang serbisyo sa ating mga Kababayang OFWs upang mas mapadali ang kanilang pag-access sa mga benepisyo at programa ng ahensya.

Maraming salamat sa ating mga Kababayan sa Macau sa patuloy na pagtitiwala at suporta sa mga inisyatiba ng OWWA. Patuloy nating ilalapit ang saan man kayo naroroon.
