เมื่อวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2569 นางสาวธัชพร สุนทราจารย์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ พร้อมด้วยนางดลพร อัชววรกุล กงสุลฝ่ายการลงทุนและผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน BOI ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ได้เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนา Intelligent Manufacturing Without Borders – Thailand Special Session จัดโดยสมาคมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศสำหรับวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมแห่งเซี่ยงไฮ้ (Shanghai International Cooperation Association of Small and Medium Enterprises: SIAB) ณ อาคารที่ทำการของ Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center โดยมีผู้แทนฝ่ายจีนเข้าร่วม ได้แก่ นายเฉียน เจิ้นหัว ประธานสมาคม SIAB นายโข่ง ฝูอาน เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการบริหาร Hongqiao International Central Business District และนายหวัง รุ่ย รองประธานธนาคาร ICBC เซี่ยงไฮ้ ตลอดจนผู้แทนจากภาครัฐและภาคธุรกิจของจีนเข้าร่วม

ในช่วงพิธีเปิด กงสุลใหญ่ฯ กล่าวย้ำบทบาทสำคัญของ SMEs ในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและนวัตกรรมของไทยและจีน พร้อมชื่นชมความก้าวหน้าของนครเซี่ยงไฮ้และภูมิภาค YRD ในด้านอุตสาหกรรมอัจฉริยะและการพัฒนาเชิงนวัตกรรม นอกจากนี้ ยังได้นำเสนอศักยภาพของไทยในฐานะศูนย์กลางการผลิตและการส่งออกของอาเซียน ภายใต้เครือข่าย FTA และมาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุนของ BOI โดยเชิญชวนให้ SMEs เซี่ยงไฮ้เข้ามาลงทุน สร้างพันธมิตรด้านเทคโนโลยี และพัฒนาบุคลากรร่วมกับไทย

ประธาน SIAB ได้กล่าวถึงโอกาสทางธุรกิจในไทย โดยชื่นชมมาตรการสนับสนุน SMEs ของไทย และย้ำความสำคัญของการสร้างเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจ การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี และการขยายธุรกิจสู่ตลาดโลก

โอกาสนี้ SIAB ได้ประชาสัมพันธ์งานแสดงสินค้า Intelligent Manufacturing Expo Southeast Asia 2026 ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22–24 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุมอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี เพื่อเชิญชวนผู้ประกอบการจีนเข้าร่วมศึกษาเทคโนโลยีการผลิตสมัยใหม่และแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจและการลงทุนในประเทศไทยและอาเซียน

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai promotes cooperation with Shanghai SMEs to further increase investment in Thailand

On 2 June 2026, Ms. Tachaphorn Suntrajarn, Consul-General of Thailand in Shanghai, together with Ms. Donlaporn Atchaworakul, Investment Consul and Director of the Board of Investment of Thailand in Shanghai, attended the seminar “Intelligent Manufacturing Without Borders – Thailand Special Session.” The event was organized by the Shanghai International Cooperation Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (SIAB) at the Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center.

Chinese participants included Mr. Qian Zhenhua, President of SIAB; Mr. Kong Fu’an, Mr. Kong Fu'an, Party secretary and executive deputy director of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District Administrative Commission; and Mr. Wang Rui, Vice President of ICBC Shanghai, along with representatives from Chinese government agencies and the private sector.

During the opening ceremony, the Consul-General highlighted the vital role of SMEs in fostering economic growth and innovation in both Thailand and China. She also commended Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) for their accomplishments in intelligent manufacturing and innovation-driven development. Furthermore, she highlighted Thailand’s strengths as a manufacturing and export hub of ASEAN, backed by a network of FTAs and investment incentives provided by the Board of Investment (BOI). She invited Shanghai-based SMEs to explore investment opportunities in Thailand, from technology partnerships, and engage in collaborative talent development.

Meanwhile, President Qian spoke about business opportunities in Thailand, commending Thailand’s support measures for SMEs and underscoring the importance of business networking, technology knowledge exchange, and expanding businesses into global markets.

On this occasion, SIAB also promoted the Intelligent Manufacturing Expo Southeast Asia 2026, which will be held from 22–24 July 2026 at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. Chinese entrepreneurs were invited to explore advanced manufacturing technologies and seek business and investment opportunities in Thailand and the ASEAN region.

วันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวธัชพร สุนทราจารย์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ และและนายสกรรจ์ แสนโสภา ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน 35th Anniversary Celebration of Lianhua & CP Thailand Food Festival ณ ห้างสรรพสินค้า Bailian Zhonghuan Shopping Mall นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ งานดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองวาระการก่อตั้งครบรอบ 35 ปีของเครือซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Lianhua โดยมีผู้ประกอบการและแบรนด์สินค้าไทยในนครเซี่ยงไฮ้เข้าร่วมออกบูธภายในงานเป็นจำนวนมาก

เมื่อวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวธัชพร สุนทราจารย์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ และเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายกงสุล ได้จัดกิจกรรมกงสุลสัญจร ณ มหาวิทยาลัยหนานจิง นครหนานจิง มณฑลเจียงซู เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่คนไทยและนักศึกษาไทยที่พำนักในเขตอาณา โดยให้บริการด้านงานกงสุล อาทิ การทำหนังสือเดินทาง งานนิติกรณ์ การจัดทำเอกสารผ่อนผันเกณฑ์ทหาร รวมถึงการเปิดรับลงทะเบียนคนไทยในเขตอาณา และให้คำปรึกษาด้านงานกงสุลต่าง ๆ อย่างใกล้ชิด นอกจากนี้ ได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การศึกษา การใช้ชีวิต และการปรับตัวในประเทศจีน ซึ่งช่วยสร้างความอบอุ่นและความใกล้ชิดให้แก่ชุมชนไทยในต่างแดน ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือและความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างคนไทยในมณฑลเจียงซูและเขตอาณา โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งสิ้นประมาณ 25 คน

เมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวธัชพร สุนทราจารย์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ เข้าร่วมการประชุม ASEAN-China (Zhenjiang) Economic and Trade Cooperation Meeting ซึ่งจัดโดยรัฐบาลเมืองเจิ้นเจียง มณฑลเจียงซู เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า การลงทุน อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต และการแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างประชาชนกับภูมิภาคอาเซียน โดยมีนาย Zhang Ke สมาชิกคณะกรรมการประจำพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนประจำเมืองเจิ้นเจียงและรองนายกเทศมนตรีบริหาร นาย Yan Mingli เลขาธิการรัฐบาลเมือง และนาย Shi Zhongjun เลขาธิการศูนย์ ASEAN-China Center ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้กล่าวถึงศักยภาพของเมืองเจิ้นเจียงในฐานะฐานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนที่สำคัญของเขตเศรษฐกิจสามเหลี่ยมปากแม่น้ำแยงซี (YRD) ซึ่งเป็นสะพานเชื่อมจีนกับตลาดระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลก โดยความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจกับภูมิภาค YRD ถือเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนสำคัญของความสัมพันธ์ไทย-จีน ทั้งนี้ เจิ้นเจียงและไทยมีศักยภาพในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต โลจิสติกส์ นิคมอุตสาหกรรม และอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว นอกจากนี้ ความร่วมมือระหว่างเจิ้นเจียง ไทย และอาเซียน สามารถเป็นต้นแบบความร่วมมือที่เป็นรูปธรรมต่อไปในอนาคต เพื่อสร้างความเจริญรุ่งเรืองร่วมกันแก่ภูมิภาค โดยกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้ย้ำความพร้อมของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในการสนับสนุนความร่วมมือดังกล่าวอย่างเต็มที่

นอกจากนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม 2569 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้เข้าร่วมงานสัมมนาเปิดตัวรายงาน State of Southeast Asia 2026 Survey Report ซึ่งจัดโดย ASEAN-China Center ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเจียงซู โดยรายงานดังกล่าวเป็นผลสำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้กำหนดนโยบาย นักวิชาการ ภาคธุรกิจ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ เกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ เศรษฐกิจ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาเซียนกับประเทศมหาอำนาจ รวมถึงมุมมองต่อบทบาทของจีนในภูมิภาค

เมืองเจิ้นเจียงถือเป็นหนึ่งในเมืองสำคัญของภูมิภาค YRD ใช้เวลาเดินทางไปยังนครเซี่ยงไฮ้ด้วยรถไฟความเร็วสูงภายในเวลาประมาณ 1.5 ชั่วโมง อีกทั้งยังสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับศูนย์กลางท่าเรือระดับโลกของนครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ปัจจุบันมีบริษัทจากเมืองเจิ้นเจียงดำเนินธุรกิจในประเทศไทยจำนวน 24 ราย คิดเป็นมูลค่าการลงทุนรวมกว่า 593 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ

Consul General in Shanghai Attends ASEAN-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Meeting in Zhenjiang

On 12 May 2026, Ms. Tachaphorn Suntrajarn, Consul-General of Thailand in Shanghai, attended the ASEAN-China (Zhenjiang) Economic and Trade Cooperation Meeting hosted by the Zhenjiang Municipal Government in Jiangsu Province. The meeting aimed to explore opportunities to enhance cooperation with ASEAN in the areas of economy, trade, investment, manufacturing, and people-to-people exchanges. Opening remarks were delivered by Mr. Zhang Ke, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhenjiang Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor; Mr. Yan Mingli, Secretary-General of the Municipal Government; and Mr. Shi Zhongjun, Secretary-General of the ASEAN-China Center, with representatives from ASEAN member states also participating.

On this occasion, the Consul-General highlighted Zhenjiang’s strong potential as a key manufacturing and sustainable development hub within the Yangtze River Delta (YRD), serving as a bridge connecting China with regional and global markets. She emphasized that economic cooperation with the YRD region has become an important driving force in Thailand-China relations. Zhenjiang and Thailand possess strong potential to expand cooperation in advanced industries, logistics, industrial parks, and green industries. Cooperation among Zhenjiang, Thailand, and ASEAN could serve as a practical and forward-looking model of mutually beneficial partnership that delivers shared prosperity for the region. The Consulate-General also reaffirmed her office’s readiness to support such cooperation.

On 13 May 2026, the Consul-General also attended the seminar on “the State of Southeast Asia 2026 Survey Report” organized by the ASEAN-China Center at Jiangsu University. The report presents survey findings from policymakers, academics, business leaders, and regional experts on geopolitical and economic trends in Southeast Asia, ASEAN’s relations with major powers, and perspectives on China’s role in the region.

Zhenjiang is regarded as one of the key cities in the YRD region and can be reached from Shanghai by high-speed rail in approximately 1.5 hours. The city also enjoys strong connectivity with Shanghai’s world-class port infrastructure. Currently, 24 companies from Zhenjiang operate businesses in Thailand, with a combined investment value exceeding USD 593 million.

เมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2569 น.ส. ธัชพร สุนทราจารย์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ และนายสกรรจ์ แสนโสภา ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน “2026 Thai Tropical Fruits Golden Month in Shanghai” ณ ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Olé สาขาห้าง Grand Gateway 66 นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นด้วยความร่วมมือระหว่างสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ กับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Olé เพื่อยกระดับภาพลักษณ์ผลไม้ไทยและเพิ่มโอกาสการส่งออกสู่ตลาดจีน

ในโอกาสนี้ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้กล่าวถึงศักยภาพของตลาดจีนที่มีความต้องการผลไม้ไทยเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยในไตรมาสแรกของปี 2569 มีการนำเข้าผลไม้จากไทยคิดเป็นมูลค่ากว่า 895 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ เพิ่มขึ้นกว่าร้อยละ 63 เมื่อเทียบกับไตรมาสที่แล้ว พร้อมย้ำว่า รัฐบาลไทยให้ความสำคัญกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของผลไม้ไทยเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้แก่ผู้บริโภคจีน

งาน “2026 Thai Tropical Fruits Golden Month in Shanghai” จะจัดต่อเนื่องจนถึงวันที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Olé หลายสาขาในนครเซี่ยงไฮ้จะนำผลไม้ไทยตามฤดูกาล อาทิ ทุเรียน มังคุด ส้มโอ และมะพร้าว ตลอดจนเครื่องปรุงรส ขนมขบเคี้ยว และสินค้าไทยพิเศษอื่น ๆ มาจำหน่าย เพื่อต้อนรับผู้บริโภคในช่วงต้นฤดูร้อนนี้

“Thai Tropical Fruits Take Shanghai by Storm in Golden Month Promotion”

On 18 May 2026, Ms. Tachaphorn Suntrajarn, Consul-General in Shanghai, and Mr. Sakarn Saensopa, Commercial Consul and Director of Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai, attended the opening ceremony of the “2026 Thai Tropical Fruits Golden Month in Shanghai” at Olé Supermarket, Grand Gateway 66 branch. The event, organized by DITP in Shanghai, aims to promote Thai tropical fruits and export opportunities in the Chinese market.

At the opening of the event, the Thai Consul-General highlighted the strong potential of the Chinese import market, where demand for Thai fruits continues to grow steadily. In the first quarter of 2026, Thailand’s fruit exports to China exceeded USD 895 million, marking an increase of more than 63 percent compared with the previous quarter. She also emphasized the Thai Government’s commitment to ensuring the quality and safety standards of Thai fruits to strengthen consumer confidence in China.

The “2026 Thai Tropical Fruits Golden Month in Shanghai” campaign will run until 21 June 2026. Several Olé supermarket branches across Shanghai will feature seasonal Thai fruits such as durian, mangosteen, pomelo, and coconut, alongside Thai seasonings, snacks, and other specialty products throughout the early summer season.

เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2569 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ร่วมกับหอการค้าเยอรมันในจีน (AHK Greater China) จัดกิจกรรม German-Thai Business Roundtable ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Diversification and business opportunities in the Kingdom of Thailand” เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโอกาสทางธุรกิจและยุทธศาสตร์การขยายธุรกิจสู่ประเทศไทยแก่สมาชิก AHK Greater China

กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่สอง ท่ามกลางความท้าทายของเศรษฐกิจโลก ทั้งปัญหาการหยุดชะงักของห่วงโซ่อุปทาน รวมถึงความตึงเครียดทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ ซึ่งทำให้บริษัททั่วโลกเริ่มให้ความสำคัญกับการกระจายธุรกิจไปยังภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความยืดหยุ่นมากขึ้น

โอกาสนี้ น.ส. ธัชพร สุนทราจารย์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ และนาย Andreas Krause, Director AHK Greater China ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงาน โดยมีนาย Christian Maertlbauer, Manager AHK Greater China เข้าให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมขององค์กร นายจิรพัชร์ เมธเศรษฐ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการลงทุน (BOI) ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง ได้ร่วมบรรยายทางออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับโอกาสการลงทุนและนโยบายส่งเสริมการลงทุนของไทย ซึ่งมีนางดลพร อัชววรกุล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการลงทุน ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ เข้าร่วมตอบคำถาม

ฝ่ายไทยย้ำความพร้อมในการเป็นพันธมิตรเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ที่มั่นคงและน่าเชื่อถือสำหรับบริษัทเยอรมันที่ต้องการขยายกิจการไปยังภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยไทยมีจุดแข็งหลายด้าน เช่น ระบบขนส่งและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานมาตรฐานสูง เป็นประตูสู่อาเซียนที่มีประชากรเกือบ 700 ล้านคน มีความเปิดกว้างทางการค้าและการลงทุนพร้อมเครือข่ายความตกลงการค้าเสรี (FTA) ที่สามารถเอื้อต่อการใช้ไทยเป็นฐานในการผลิตและส่งออกสินค้า นอกจากนี้ ไทยและเยอรมนีมีความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจที่แน่นแฟ้น โดยเยอรมนีเป็นคู่ค้าอันดับหนึ่งของไทยในสหภาพยุโรป และมีบริษัทเยอรมันกว่า 600 แห่งดำเนินธุรกิจในประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องจักร เคมีภัณฑ์ และวิศวกรรมความแม่นยำ ทั้งนี้ ไทยยังมุ่งส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต เช่น เทคโนโลยีสีเขียว อุตสาหกรรมอัจฉริยะ ดิจิทัล และยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า ผ่านเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) รวมถึงมาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุนของ BOI

Thai Consulate-General and AHK Greater China co-hosted an event to promote business and Investment opportunities in Thailand

On 21 May 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai, co-hosted a German-Thai business roundtable with the AHK Greater China under the theme “Diversification and Business Opportunities in the Kingdom of Thailand.” Held for the second consecutive year, the roundtable aimed to provide members of AHK Greater China with insights into business opportunities and strategies for diversifying business operations in Thailand.

Ms. Tachaporn Suntrajarn, Consul-General of Thailand in Shanghai, and Mr. Andreas Krause, Director of AHK Greater China, delivered the opening remarks. Mr. Christian Maertlbauer, Manager of AHK Greater China, provided an overview of the organization’s activities, followed by online presentation on investment opportunities and Thailand’s investment promotion policies by Mr. Jirapat Methaseth, Director of the Board of Investment (BOI) office in Beijing. Ms. Donlaporn Ajavavarakula, Director of the BOI office in Shanghai, participated in the Q&A session.

The Thai side emphasized the country’s readiness to serve as a reliable and strategic partner for German companies seeking to expand in Southeast Asia. Thailand offers numerous advantages, including quality infrastructure and transportation systems, access to nearly 700 million consumers in ASEAN, an open trade and investment environment with a network of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) which enable Thailand to serve as a major hub for manufacturing, production as well as export.

Thailand also maintains strong economic ties with Germany, its top trading partner in the European Union, with over 600 German companies operating locally, particularly in the automotive, electronics, machinery, chemical, and precision engineering sectors. The country is actively promoting future-oriented industries, such as green technology, smart manufacturing, digital solutions, and electric vehicles, supported by the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) and the BOI’s investment promotion incentives.

AHK Greater China is part of the German Chambers of Commerce Worldwide Network (AHK), a network that promotes trade and investment for German companies abroad. It has been operating for over 25 years in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
