📍 From 19–28 September, the Czech Crown Jewels will be on display in the Vladislav Hall at Prague Castle – and admission is free. ✨ Come and see the legendary Crown of Saint Wenceslas, the Royal Sceptre and Orb, and the Coronation Robe up close.

This year’s exhibition, Habsburgs 500, will also explore the fascinating journey of the Crown Jewels through history – from their safekeeping at Karlštejn Castle to their removal to Vienna during the Thirty Years’ War and their return to Prague in 1791. 🇨🇿

🚣 Where to go for a laid-back summer adventure?
Try paddling along the Czech rivers!

Czechia has a strong water-loving culture, and when the weather gets warm, rivers across the country fill with canoes, kayaks and rafts. The Vltava, Sázava, Berounka and Ohře are among the most popular rivers for a summer escape on the water. 🌿

The section from Český Šternberk to the town of Sázava winds through beautiful countryside, forests and historic landmarks, making it a great choice for a relaxed day on the river. 🍂 As the vineyards turn golden, Czechia comes alive with one of its most beloved traditions: the grape harvest. 🍇 From South Moravia to Prague and beyond, September brings wine, music, folklore, historic parades – and, of course, plenty of burčák, the delicious young fermenting grape must. 🍷
