Call for Sessions: 8 September – 16 October 2026
Final payment deadline for session organisers (EAA membership + registration): 28 January 2027

✅ Session Organiser Requirements

You need an EAA ID to submit (membership payment not required at this stage)
One person may submit one session as main organiser, and be involved in up to two sessions total
Each session needs 2–5 organisers from at least two different countries
The main organiser submits via the portal and serves as main contact — this role can't easily be changed later

Submit via the EAA 2027 portal
Title: max. 20 words | Abstract: 150–300 words
Organiser affiliations: max. 80 characters (main institution only)
Include EAA IDs for co-organisers if available

This year the is organizing a Speaker's Corner.

Reserved for attendee-led discussion, this space is to be used by anyone who may want to air their personal views deemed relevant in the context but which may fall outside the scope of the academic sessions.

This space should encourage open dialogue and engagement, but please be respectful. The safety of all participants is a priority.

Please note this is not a forum for discussion with the Executive Board members, these should be raised at the Annual Membership Business Meeting on the 28/08.

The Speaker's Corner will be open during lunch breaks (13-14 pm EEST) between Thursday and Saturday (27-29.08).

On the 27th and the 28th of August you will be able to register for the conference between 7:30 and 18:00 at the Main Venue - School of Philosophy.

On Saturday the 29th, Registration is between 7:30 and 13:00.
