Prague Model United Nations

PRAMUN is an international high school student conference following the popular model United Nations format. The conference itself is hosted by experienced MUNers, family Schmoll from Firebird Fine Arts Tours, and Jan Neruda High School, one of the best public high schools in the Czech Republic. Apart from hosting several MUN teams from elite Czech high schools, PRAMUN welcomes about 300 students

from literally all around the world every year. Participants not only experience heated debates during two days of committees in session, but also experience Prague and the Czech culture including lectures, workshops and guided tours. Our non-competitive conference always has a very friendly and even cosy atmosphere. One of the reasons for that is the Youth Forum, unique evening of an informal debating regarding humanity and different life approaches, where the student delegates get to know each other for the first time. PRAMUN conference features five regular committee types, all of them divided into halves, each of them with different topics that reflect the present events in the real United Nations. The best of the student delegates who seek even more intense debates on very difficult and complex topics will surely apply to take a seat in the Security Council or in our small and unique historical committee taking a deep insight into a specific event in European or Czech history.
