What is the Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC)?

USAG Stuttgart's EFAC is our community's main hub for coordinating a humanitarian response to any all-hazards incident. Operated by Army Community Service (ACS), it creates a one-stop location where personnel and their families can receive information, resources, and support.

Key Details:
✅ Promotes Recovery: The EFAC is here to assist with short and long-term recovery, helping our community return to a stable and mission-ready status.
✅ Centralized Support: Dozens of programs and organizations are available to support you, from behavioral health and financial aid to crisis management and post-traumatic stress resources.
✅ Timely Information: In the event of an activation, the location, hours, and available services will be immediately and widely disseminated to the entire USAG Stuttgart community.
Rest assured, your ACS team is always training and preparing to be ready when you need us most.
