⭕ تنهي سفارة المملكة المغربية ببرلين، إلى علم كافة الجالية المغربية المقيمة بالدائرة القنصلية التابعة لنفوذها، أنه في إطار الاعداد لعملية المراجعة السنوية العادية للوائح الانتخابية العامة برسم سنة 2024، وطبقا لمقتضيات القانون رقم 57.11 المتعلق باللوائح الانتخابية العامة وعمليات الاستفتاء واستعمال وسائل الاتصال السمعي البصري العمومية خلال الحملات الانتخابية والاستفتائية، فإن أجل تقديم طلبات القيد أو طلبات نقل القيد من طرف المواطنات والمواطنين المغاربة المقيمين خارج التراب الوطني، غير المقيدين في اللوائح المذكورة الذين تتوفر فيهم الشروط المطلوبة قانونا، مفتوح إلى غاية 31 دجنبر 2023 على أبعد تقدير.
📌وعليه، يتعين تقديم الطلبات المذكورة مباشرة لدى سفارة المملكة المغربية ببرلين أو عبر الموقع الالكتروني المخصص للوائح الانتخابية العامة:

توصل صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، برسالة من الوزير الأول لدولة إسرائيل فخامة السيد بنيامين نتنياهو. ومن خلال هذه الرسالة، رفع الوزير الأول الإسرائيلي إلى العلم السامي لصاحب الجلالة، نصره الله، قرار دولة إسرائيل "الاعتراف بسيادة المغرب على أراضي الصحراء الغربية".

وفي هذا الصدد، أكد الوزير الأول الإسرائيلي أن موقف بلاده هذا سيتجسد في كافة أعمال ووثائق الحكومة الإسرائيلية ذات الصلة.

وشدد، أيضا، على أنه سيتم "إخبار الأمم المتحدة، والمنظمات الإقليمية والدولية التي تعتبر إسرائيل عضوا فيها، وكذا جميع البلدان التي تربطها بإسرائيل علاقات دبلوماسية" بهذا القرار.

وفي رسالته إلى جلالة الملك أفاد الوزير الأول الإسرائيلي بأن إسرائيل تدرس، إيجابيا، "فتح قنصلية لها بمدينة الداخلة"، وذلك في إطار تكريس قرار الدولة هذا.

SM le Roi Mohammed VI a reçu une lettre du Premier Ministre de l’Etat d’Israël, SEM Benyamin Netanyahu, qui a porté à la Très Haute Attention de SM le Roi, la décision de l’Etat d’Israël de "reconnaître la souveraineté du Maroc sur le territoire du Sahara occidental".

A cet égard, le Premier Ministre israélien a indiqué que cette position de son pays sera "reflétée dans tous les actes et les documents pertinents du Gouvernement israélien".

Il a souligné, en outre, que ladite décision sera "transmise aux Nations Unies, aux organisations régionales et internationales dont Israël est membre, ainsi qu’à tous les pays avec lesquels Israël entretient des relations diplomatiques".

Dans Sa lettre au Souverain, le Premier Ministre israélien a informé qu’Israël examine positivement "l’ouverture d’un Consulat dans la ville de Dakhla", et ce dans le cadre de la concrétisation de cette décision d’Etat.

HM King Mohammed VI received a letter from the Prime Minister of the State of Israel, H.E. Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, who brought to the Very High Attention of HM the King, the decision of Israel to ‘’recognize the sovereignty of Morocco over the territory of Western Sahara’’.

In this respect, the Israeli Prime Minister indicated that his country's position will be ‘’reflected in all relevant acts and documents of the Israeli Government’’.

He also stressed that the decision would be ‘’transmitted to the United Nations, to regional and international organizations of which Israel is a member, and to all countries with which Israel maintains diplomatic relations’’.

In his letter to the Sovereign, the Israeli Prime Minister informed that Israel is positively examining ‘’the opening of a consulate in the city of Dakhla’’, as part of the implementation of this state decision.
