Last night of auditions for the “10 Minute Plays” is tonight at 7:00pm.

⭐️Important note- Roles are mainly for adults with only one or two roles for a child 8+.

No preparation needed auditioners will do cold reads from scripts.

Performance dates will be June 26 & 27 at 7:00 and June 28 at 2:00.

Meet the instructors of our Directing Workshop!

Nína Rún Bergsdóttir and Amy Barron Smolinski

Nína Rún Bergsdóttir is the Acting Artistic Director at KMC Onstage and a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a BA in Theatre. She has directed She Kills Monsters, A Chorus Line, Rocky Horror Shadow Show, and Legally Blonde The Musical. Her production of She Kills Monsters won Best Play and Outstanding Direction at the US Army IMCOM Europe TOPPERs, and she has also taught stage combat workshops throughout the KMC community.

Amy Barron Smolinski is an award-winning actress, director, and voice artist. She has been involved in community and professional theatre since childhood, and she has been teaching theatre for all ages since 1996. At KMC Onstage, she most recently directed the world premiere new musical Piper. Previous directing credits include Jekyll and Hyde: The Musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Frozen Jr, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Greater Tuna, The Woman in Black, and The Lost Language of Wifflesplatch. Since 2016, Amy has developed and taught Beginning and Advanced Directing Workshops.
