Dear Families, Soldiers, and Friends of the 7th Mission Support Command,

We have important news to share.

Army Directive 2026-17 ("Optimizing Digital Media") requires all one-star and some two-star level commands to archive and deactivate their social media platforms no later than July 30, 2026. As a result, the 7th MSC will transition away from its current social media presence to align with this Army-wide policy.

Please know that we remain fully committed to keeping you informed and connected. As a United States Army Reserve Command unit supporting USAREUR-AF and the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, our mission to support Soldiers and units across Europe continues unchanged. We are simply adapting how we communicate, so you'll stay connected to the updates and command information that matter most.

Going forward, you can follow 7th MSC operations, Soldier stories, and command announcements through the command's Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS) page at https://www.dvidshub.net/unit/7MSC, or through our command website at https://www.usar.army.mil/7thMSC/

For local, community-level information, the My Army Post app is your go-to resource. Available for free on the App Store and Google Play.

Thank you for your understanding during this transition. Your continued support—whether you're with us at Daenner Kaserne, across the European theater, or stateside—remains essential to our success.

🎆 Celebrating 250 years of independence this Fourth of July!

For two and a half centuries, citizen Soldiers have answered the call to defend the freedoms our nation was built on.

The U.S. Army Reserve is proud to carry that legacy forward today.

Happy from the U.S. Army Reserve!

Congratulations to the "Weekenders," the 7th Mission Support Command softball team representing the U.S. Army Reserve in the Kaiserslautern Military Community, on a strong victory in their season opener.

Great teamwork on and off the field — looking forward to what the rest of the season brings. Go Weekenders!

Forward-positioned equipment (FPE) means faster response, lower cost, and Soldiers who arrive ready to fight.

The FPE-Europe pilot program keeps equipment forward and helps units stay ready — so when the call comes, we can answer it.

7th MSC headquarters marked the 82nd anniversary of D-Day yesterday with a 4-mile hike to the Humbergturm in Kaiserslautern. At the summit, our officers and NCOs broke into OPD and NCOPD sessions, then made the descent back down as a team.

Honoring the Soldiers who stepped off on 6 June 1944 by sharpening the leaders who carry the mission forward today.
