Last year, the number of jobs in retail increased by 3,000. The need for trained retail salespeople and sales assistants is especially increasing here. The core of these functions is the customer. Field workers need to be able to understand and communicate with clients. This is important to improve the shopping experience and increase sales and profits for stores and businesses.
The salary during the training ranges between 600 and 1000 euros per month. In addition, interns often have the opportunity to enter into a permanent working relationship after two to three years of training.
2- Elderly care - Altenpflege
The demand for nurses to care for the elderly has been and continues to increase throughout Germany. Because of the aging Germans and the lack of solidarity and family ties that still exist in our Arab and Islamic countries.
The chances of getting a suitable vacancy for an elderly care job are high throughout Germany. Compared to industrial and sales mechanics, the salary is lower. But the chances of getting a permanent position are usually higher.
3- Industrial Mechanic - Industriemechaniker
There are currently more than 16,000 vacancies in the field of machinery technology and the demand is growing steadily. The most popular profession in this field is industrial mechanic.
Those interested in the profession have the opportunity to complete free training at many companies (and even a paid apprentice) to become a state-certified industrial mechanic.
The training lasts for three years, during which about 1,000 euros are paid per month. After completing the training, the monthly stipend is around 2,300 euros per month.
In addition, many companies that provide these vocational trainings offer trainees a permanent position after they have successfully completed their training. This makes it an easy entry point into the field.
