It is with great sadness that I must inform everyone that CSM(R) Mark Frederick Offermann, age 67, of Copperas Cove, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

CSM(R) Offerman served as the 95th Military Police Battalion Command Sergeant Major from February 2022 - June 2004.

In 1971, Mark met the love of his life, Robin Balser. Two years later on December 14, 1973, Mark and Robin were married in Cheektowaga, New York. The two shared 51 years filled with love and memories.

Mark joined the U.S. Army in 1977 and worked as military police for 22 years. He served for 31 years and achieved the rank of Command Sergeant Major. In April of 2009, Mark retired. In his free time, Mark enjoyed riding his motorcycle and cheering on his Buffalo Bills. Mark also was an animal lover. He loved his dogs Zeus and Buddy. His favorite thing of all was spending time with his grandkids whom he loved dearly.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents.

Mark is survived by his wife, Robin Offermann; daughter, Tracy Woken; sons, Mark F. Offermann Jr., Kenneth Offermann, and Corey Offermann; his siblings Eric, Diane, Kristin, Lisa, and Katrin along with 13 grandchildren and a great grandchild on the way.

Visitation for Mark will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers of Copperas Cove. The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Following the Funeral Mass, Mark will receive military honors at 2:00PM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
