Spc. Uriel Diaz, a native of southwest Kansas, joined the Army in the pursuit of constant adventure and to travel the world.

During SWORD 26, Diaz demonstrated that your actions will always be louder than your rank. While conducting a stinger missile live fire, Diaz helped ensure that all his peers were confident in their abilities with the Man Portable Air Defense System, also known as MANPAD, as well as teaching NATO allies about our air defense capabilities.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Capt. Mast, a behavioral health officer assigned to the 52D Air Defense Artillery Brigade, discusses available resources, common stressors affecting Soldiers and the importance of recognizing when someone may need support.
