The Stuttgart Armed Forces Wellness Center will be CLOSED December 19-26, 2025 due to staffing. We ask for your patience during this time, and hope you have Happy Holidays!

You may continue to email us your questions and appointment requests during this time, but we not will begin responding to emails until Monday, December 29, 2025.

LOCATION UPDATE: We are moving back to our clinic site starting Monday, November 24, 2025.

Patch Barracks, BLDG 2337 - Entrance is near the end of the Patch Fitness Facility, opposite of the HUB.

The Stuttgart AFWC will be closed the week of Thanksgiving due to movement of our equipment back to our original clinic site. Email and phone response will be delayed due to staff working to set up our clinic in preparation for all appointments beginning Monday, December 1, 2025.

If you have an appointment with us, please monitor your inbox, but no appointments will be canceled - just relocated to BLDG 2337.

What: Walk-in Body Composition Testing (Inbody)
Where: Patch health clinic (AFWC table will be set up upstairs near the elevator)
When:

Wednesday, 13 August, 0900-1400
Thursday, 14 August 0900-1030
Friday, 15 August 0800-1200
Who: Walk-ins are for existing clients only. They require full completion of paperwork, and services will be provided on a first come, first served basis**

How: Fill out a new health assessment in person or online ( see link in comments)
Preparation Guidelines for InBody®:
Appropriate attire: light in weight, loose fitting athletic attire
No jewelry
No food or drink THREE hours prior to the test.
No physical activity for THREE hours prior to the test.
Maintain normal fluid intake the day prior
No lotion or ointment on hands or feet
*Clients with a pacemaker should not use the machine.
**Clients with metal implants should let staff know prior to starting the test.

Exciting news: As of this week the AFWC will reopen services again to all DOD ID card holders (except LN) .

Bad news: The bod pod and vo2 testing are both unavailable until further notice.
