DET 1, 786 FSS to include Finance, Career Development, Force Management, DEERS / ID Card Office, Education/Training, and PERSCO will open at 10 am.

❗DELAYED OPENING FOR GARRISON SERVICES - THU, JAN. 16
❄️Most services operated by U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart will delay opening until 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, due to concerns about snow and ice along with freezing temperatures in the area.
➼ DoDEA schools and transportation services will provide updates about school and bus operations directly to families through their own messaging platforms.
➼ Duty Buses will operate according to the regular schedule unless a driver feels road conditions are too hazardous to continue. Riders should anticipate delays in arrival time due to traffic and road impacts.
➼ Stuttgart CYS child care centers will open at 8 a.m. All other Stuttgart Family and MWR services will open two hours after their regular opening time (no later than 10 a.m.). On-post hotels and 24/7 unmanned access to fitness centers are not affected.
➼ U.S. Army Health Clinic Stuttgart will open at 9:30 a.m. Appointments prior to this will be rescheduled.
➼ Commissaries and Exchange-operated facilities will operate with regular hours. Some specific services may be limited depending on staffing availability.
➼ Customers with garrison appointments prior to 10 a.m. should expect to reschedule or walk-in from 10 a.m. Please contact service providers with specific questions.
⚠️ Personnel with tenant units should consult with their supervisors on reporting times.
⚠️ Exercise extreme caution when driving or walking, especially in places where snow and ice may accumulate, and particularly on sidewalks and when exiting or entering your vehicle in parking lots. Brick and cobblestone road surfaces, along with bridges and overpasses, accumulate ice more quickly.
