Where leadership begins and standards rise

The MEDDAC-Bavaria NCO Induction Ceremony welcomed the Army’s newest leaders into the Corps with pride, tradition and purpose. Surrounded by teammates, mentors and the legacy of those who came before them, each inductee crossed the line of responsibility and stepped fully into the role of a trusted enlisted leader. From the arch of honor to the recitation of the Creed, every moment highlighted what it means to lead with character, competence and commitment. Today’s inductees join a lineage of NCOs who strengthen readiness, uphold the standard and care for Soldiers and families across the formation.

Congratulations to the newest members of the backbone of the Army.

Historic Partnership in Action!

On March 11-12, 2026, MEDDAC Bavaria and 7th ATC’s CATC MSTC held their first TCCC Tier 4 Combat Paramedic/Provider (CPP) course, successfully integrating three German Bundeswehr paramedics. The course, which brought together a diverse and high-level cohort, including four MEDDACB Chief Medical Officers, validated a new accelerated training model.

The two-day format consisted of an intensive nine-hour didactic session on the first day, followed by a full day of high-stress, hands-on skills validation under simulated combat conditions. The successful certification of all participants confirmed the effectiveness of the condensed training framework.

This joint event achieved its primary goal of enhancing NATO medical interoperability, strengthened the partnership with German medical counterparts, and established a model for future combined medical training.

🚨 BIG NEWS! 🚨

Ever heard a confusing "code" announcement in our facilities and wondered what was going on? We're making things clearer and safer for everyone!

Starting April 1, 2026, MEDDAC Bavaria is transitioning from the codes and switching to plain language for all emergency announcements.

What does this mean for you?
No more guessing! Announcements will clearly state:
✅ WHAT the emergency is
✅ WHERE it is
✅ WHAT you need to do

This change helps us keep you, our staff, and our visitors safer by ensuring everyone understands crucial alerts instantly. Better communication means a better, faster response!

This update will be implemented across all our health and dental facilities, including U.S. Army Health Clinic Grafenwoehr, U.S. Army Health Clinic Vilseck, U.S. Army Health Clinic Ansbach, U.S. Army Health Clinic Hohenfels and U.S. Army Health Clinic Stuttgart
