Fellow Rheinbergen citizens. I greet you all and hope you are well. We live in testing times. Some of you may face illness, others financial hardship. Some of you may lose loved ones. We all are touched by this terrible virus. Do not underestimate our enemy. But, do not fear either. Do not line up in front of super markets or even go out and by guns. Do the contrary: line up to help the elderly and ill by shopping for them. Go out and sing to your neighbors like our Italian friends do. Go and spend time with your families. We can come out of this terrible crisis a better species and better persons. Stay strong and be positive that better times are awaiting us. With love, Gerardus

Happy Founding Day!
On this fifth Founding Day of Rheinbergen We are pleased to announce that these trusted citizens have been accorded the following honors:
For unfailing support for Rheinbergen Simon Michaux has been inducted into the Order of the Rhine Mountains with the rank of Ritter.
For her artistry and service to the principality Tania Michaux has been appointed Calligrapher Royal.
For unflagging aid and support to Rheinbergen Michael J. Quigley has been raised to the nobility with the title Baron von Fischadler, and as well has been appointed to the office of Commodore of the Rheinbergen Naval Militia.
The thanks and congratulations of Our citizens and Ourselves go out to the honorees.
