The Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Civil Affairs team will be holding a brief at the Clay Kaserne Chapel on April 9, 2024 at 1000 and 1400. The brief will be an overview of Special Forces, Civil Affairs, PSYOP, and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). They will also be discussing initial qualifications, the volunteer packet process, assessment and selection, and Q&A session.

This week, 47 Soldiers from across U.S. Army Europe and Africa and U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa conducted FY23 Department of the Army Retention Training (DART) in Vicenza, Italy. This training helps retention NCO’s properly perform their duties and assist career counselors retain America’s sons and daughters. We would like to thank the instructors SFC Robinson, S. and SFC Robinson, K. from US Army Recruiting and Retention College for coming out and facilitating this class.

U.S Army Sgt. Nicholas Bostic, Petroleum Supply Specialist, Echo Company, 1-3rd Attack Battalion , 12th Combat Aviation Brigade, re-enlisted for four more years of service in Adazi, Latvia, on March 21, 2022. He re-enlisted for Option 1 - Regular Army and received a Selective Retention Bonus. 12 CAB is among other units assigned to V Corps, America's Forward Deployed Corps in Europe that works alongside NATO Allies and regional security partners to provide combat-ready forces, execute joint and multinational training exercises, and retains command and control for all rotational and assigned units in the European Theater. 21st TSC retention team works to ensure. With Command leadership support, the team earned the U.S. Army Europe-Africa Commanding General Retention Excellence Award for top

21st TSC conducted its Fiscal Year 2022 Career Counselor and Retention NCO of the Year competition last week to select the best representative to compete at the USAREUR-AF CCOY in December. They also invited all non-organic units within USAREUR-AF to compete as well in their own category.

Congratulations! SSG Radebaugh 16th STB was selected as the 21st TSC CCOY. SGT Kallo from 41st FA BDE was selected as the Retention NCO of the year for USAREUR-AF. SFC Serrano from AFNorth, NATO BDE was selected as the winner for the 21st TSC non-organic unit In USAREUR-AF. These winners will be heading to USAREUR-AF to compete with the other counselors in USAREUR-AF in December for the chance to represent USAREUR-AF at HQDA.

During the competition, competitors conducted the ACFT, mystery event, 50 question multiple choice test, and an oral board. Each one of these non-commissioned officers represented their commands very well.
