It's ! 🌟

Recently, our inspiring Deputy Brigade Commander, Lt. Col. Milton Campbell, took a courageous group of 2d Theater Signal Brigade members through an exhilarating EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) kettlebell workout that truly tested our strength and endurance.

The air was filled with energy as we swung those kettlebells, each rep pushing us closer to our fitness goals! 💪

To cap off the challenging session, we unleashed our competitive spirits with a lively game of relay tic-tac-toe. Laughter echoed as teammates strategized and raced, making for an unforgettable conclusion to a powerful workout.

Let’s keep the momentum going and continue to support one another on our fitness journeys! (U.S. Army photos by Candy Knight)
