An art and technology space landed on planet Earth, in Copenhagen, in 2011.Science Friction’s team of founding artists comprises six international artist-researchers, working in collaborative teams as well as through individual practice in art, design and technologies for live performance, exhibition, public art and workshops. Each member of the studio brings something particular, through networks

, expertise, interests spanning contemporary art practice, design and interactive media, online and offline creative cultures, electronics design, and software for multimedia.The Science Friction scientists are Jens Ulrik Jørgensen, Jacob Remin, Jakob Bak, Dviid Gauthier, Carl Emil Carlsen & Jamie Allen. Science Friction’s studio space is reconfigured as a pop-up exhibition venue, a occasional performance space, and a laboratory for the production of new works.
