🤝 What do we actually mean when we talk about co-creation in global health?
Co-creation is more than consultation or stakeholder engagement. It is an iterative and collaborative process where stakeholders work together throughout a project: from defining the problem 🔍 to designing ✏️, implementing 🚀, and evaluating 📊 solutions.
At its core, co-creation creates space for different forms of knowledge to be exchanged, challenged, and integrated through meaningful interaction and shared decision-making.
In Part 2 of our toolkit, you'll find:
📖 A practical definition of co-creation in global health.
🌳 A decision tree to help determine whether co-creation is needed - or whether an existing solution can be adapted, implemented, or scaled.
📚 Recommended readings on co-creation, co-design, co-production, and co-adaptation.
