In connection with the exhibition "Y" organized by the artists Ida Retz Wessberg(DK) and Ingrid Høiskar Borgfjord(NO) - showing artworks by Matilde Duus(DK), Sofie Hertz(DK) and Ida and Ingrid themselves - a temporary Library in Q is made(in connection with Rundgang, The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. June 2015). The Library imitates both the institutional Public Library as well as the 'Privat
e Library', the reading room in a home or the impressive book-collection of a bourgeoisie-apartment. All Artstudents - as well as graduated - from the 3 Art Academies in Denmark are invited to contribute to the Library in Q, with all kinds of books and printed matters: sketchbooks with drawings, small paintings, Lino-cuts, texts, photos, zines of all types, text-objects, book-objects. Both published and un-published books. The books will be at displayed, in a way where it's both possible to read and touch the books. Library in Q is an open invitation to spend time, hangout, read and be a part of the exhibition. The contribution-list is long and on-going and consist - among others:
