At our network meeting last Thursday, we had a presentation by Vibeke Foltmann about the various associations, sports clubs, and voluntary organisations residing here in Frederiksberg Municipality.

- Frivilligt arbejde – Dansk Flygtningehjælp (DFH) kommer og fortæller om brugen af frivilligt arbejde i Danmark og hvordan man kan arbejde frivilligt.

- Projekt Venskaber på Tværs – Et samarbejde mellem DFH og Frederiksberg Kommune, hvor det er muligt for Internationale borgere at blive matchet med en lokal frivillig og måske starte et venskab.

Jobklub & Netværk vil naturligvis servere kaffe, the og kage for dem der møder op.

After a long summer break it’s time for our network to meet again!

Themes of the day:
- Volunteer work – Danish Refugee Council will tell us about the use of volunteer work in Denmark and how you can get involved with volunteer work.

- Project Friendship across Cultures – a cooperation between Danish Refugee Council and Frederiksberg Kommune, where International citizens can meet a local volunteer and maybe built a friendship.
Jobklub and Network will of cause be serving coffee, tea and cake for those who come.
