To all of you who participated in our people's kitchen for Palestine and contributed, in one way or another, THANK YOU!

We are still overwhelmed by the large amount of support our first People’s Kitchen for 🇵🇸 Palestine got.

🫒80 people showed up for dinner to show support and solidarity with Palestine!!

🫒We have received 122 donations amounting to a total of 7762,74 Kroner or 1040,61 Euros! have all been donated to The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS). Please see bellow receipt of the donation, and, of course, pictures from the event. 🍉🍉

We appreciate all your support; on behalf of all of us organising, and mainly on behalf of those directly benefiting from tour support, THANK YOU - SHUKRAN!! ❤️‍🩹

🍉Remember to stay tuned, more people's kitchen or alike events in support to Palestine will come and we would love to have you with us 🇵🇸🫒

In the meantime, if you are interested in getting involved in any way, we are building up a solidarity network for Palestine where we are planning different types of events such as solidarity dinners

Once again, thanks to all of those who showed up Friday evening for our first open meeting. We had some great talks, delicious vegan food and a few beers. It was nice experiencing the collective excitement for the creation of this space where we can discuss and organise around student politics as well as meeting likeminded folks and make interesting events in the near future too 🙏🏴🚩Be on the lookout for the next meeting, and if you wish to join our messenger chat feel free to contact us. Vi hos Anarkistiske Studerende på RUC, en nyopstartet studenterpolitisk organisation på Roskilde Universitet - bakker 100% op om PsykRådets nuværende blokade på KU!

Lidt info fra HUMrådet på KU's side:
Siden, "d. 13. December, har de Psykologistuderende valgt at blokere institut for Psykologi. Det sker efter mange måneders kamp med ledelsen, der igennem en længere periode har undermineret og negligeret de humanistiske dele af psykologien.
Humanistiske perspektiver bliver gang på gang negligeret i den offentlige samtale – og vi ser også hvordan Humanismen er den første til at blive ramt når nedskæringerne stå for døren.
I HUM-rådet støtter vi op om de psykologistuderendes kamp for bredere repræsentation i deres pensum, og for deres forsvar for Humanismen i forskningen. Det er vigtigt at stå sammen om retten til, og vigtigheden i, at bedrive humanistisk forskning – især i en brydningstid. "

Vi opfordrer alle studerende der har mulighed for det, til at møde op og vise deres solidaritet!
