Good afternoon!

The Costambar Home Owners Association (the APC) is holding its annual AGM on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2026, AT 2:00PM (1400), at the Veterans' Village on Calle Almirante, in Costambar.

This is an election year, and the Board for 2026-2028 is to be elected at that meeting.

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE! Ensure that the APC office has your current email address. All notices and papers concerning this important meeting will be distributed to members, via email.

At the request of an individual preparing a new slate for the APC Board election on February 28, 2026, the time to submit slates has been extended to FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2026.

This is the new "go-to site" for all things related to Costambar and to the Home Owners Association (the APC).

Plus: Everyone can now use the website to pay their APC fees and fundraising contributions ONLINE!

It's a new website - with lots of room to grow. Any comments or suggestions for improvement are welcome!

It’s September already!

The first Costambar beach cleaning of the season is set for Thursday, September 11, 2025. All the service groups of the community will be represented. Come out if you are able - it's a great chance to meet other residents of our village. Please bring gloves. Bags and water will be available from the Veterans’. See you all at 10 am on the El Carey deck, just west of the restaurant!

We are very sad to announce the recent passing of Matthew “Matt” Komos. Matt left us suddenly on the night of Friday, July 25. Matt was very well known throughout our village, serving as Secretary of the APC until February of 2022.

Matt’s friends and family are holding a memorial on Wednesday, July 30, 6pm, at Mar y Sol restaurant in Costambar. Matt’s daughter Mary Ellen is coming to Costambar to share his memory with our community, and to get to know his many friends here.
