* Affordable Housing under the right and strict agreements with developers
* Lower Property Taxes
* Safer Neighborhoods, more public works, improvements of roads, sidewalks and parks
* Attraction of investment for better paid jobs

Thank you Coconut Grove!
Friendly neighbors with a few complains, especially with property taxes, the parks and the transparency of actions that the local government must have.
We’ll change that! A better administration with organized spending can lower costs therefore the need of excessive taxes. Our parks are in need of new and improved facilities or sometimes just a shade to lower the temperature absorbed by metal structures so the kids can play more and safer.

Accountability! Yes, as we grow progress, help business owners and lower property taxes, this is something that we will do like in the private industry where we show how the money is spent and how the firm is producing income. In the Miami government we find many politicians with zero experience of properly managing funds, production and contracts that make sense for the beneficiaries, the community and the betterment of neighborhoods. As a business administrator and economist I will change that, I will bring audits and control.
