The temperature, with constant ocean breezes, stays between 65-85 degrees twelve months a year! A small estuary running through Playa Escondida created the sandy, protected beach eons ago. The rocky cliffs that extend for miles in either direction, and Ecuador’s designation of this particular coastline as a Marine Reserve, assure that no other development will occur within miles of Playa Escondida.
