Training Program: Fi****ms and Krav Maga in Estonia
Dear everyone,
We are former members of the Israeli special forces.
in these times of trouble I would like to tell you about our program.
I am excited to present this intensive 5-day training program in Estonia, designed to equip you with practical and essential skills in two key areas: fi****ms training and Krav Maga, a world-renowned self-defense system.
Throughout these five days, you will have the opportunity to learn and refine techniques that are vital for personal defense and survival in real-life situations. The program will include:
1. Fi****ms Training: You will learn the basics of firearm handling, aiming, and defensive shooting techniques. Emphasis will be placed on precision, safety, and the ability to react quickly in high-pressure situations.
2. Krav Maga: This practical combat system, developed for the Israeli Defense Forces, focuses on simple, effective movements to neutralize threats in a variety of situations. You will learn self-defense techniques tailored to real-world confrontations, both standing and on the ground.
This program is open to everyone, regardless of your physical fitness or prior knowledge. My goal is to provide you with the tools needed to boost your confidence and prepare you to handle stressful or dangerous situations calmly and effectively.
Whether you’re a beginner or have previous experience, you will leave with a better understanding of your body, improved reflexes, and skills that could one day save your life.
