وزارتا الاتصالات والتعليم تنظمان برنامج "سفراء المواطنة الرقمية" للطلاب والمعلمين

تنظم وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، برنامج "سفراء المواطنة الرقمية" في الفترة من 10 أغسطس إلى 3 سبتمبر، في إطار مبادرة المواطنة الرقمية والحماية على الإنترنت.

ويهدف البرنامج إلى تهيئة بيئة داعمة للسلامة الرقمية داخل المدارس، وتنمية المهارات الرقمية لأعضاء المنظومة التعليمية، وتعزيز دور المعلم والمدرسة والأسرة في مساعدة الطلاب على التعامل الآمن والواعي مع الفضاء الرقمي، بما يسهم في بناء جيل قادر على التفاعل الإيجابي والرشيد مع التكنولوجيا.

وتنعقد فعاليات البرنامج على مدار أربعة أيام في كل محافظة من محافظات الجيزة والإسكندرية وبورسعيد والقاهرة، مستهدفًا تدريب 280 من المعلمين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، و400 من الطلاب.

ويتضمن البرنامج تدريبًا بعنوان "مهارات المواطنة الرقمية والحماية من الأخطار الرقمية وأخطار الذكاء الاصطناعي"، يتناول المفاهيم والمهارات الأساسية للمواطنة الرقمية، والاستخدام الآمن للإنترنت، وسبل الوقاية من الأخطار الرقمية، والتعامل الواعي مع التهديدات الإلكترونية، والتوعية بالأخطار المرتبطة باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب موضوعات الخصوصية وحماية البيانات وكلمات المرور وآليات الإبلاغ وطلب المساعدة.

ويعتمد التدريب على أساليب تفاعلية تشمل تحليل المواقف والعمل الجماعي، ومناقشة السيناريوهات العملية، والتدريب على آليات التدخل المناسبة عند مواجهة تحديات خلال استخدام الإنترنت والتكنولوجيا، بما يساعد المعلمين والأخصائيين على تحويل المعرفة الرقمية إلى ممارسات قابلة للتطبيق داخل البيئة المدرسية.

ويتيح البرنامج للطلاب القيام بدور "سفراء المواطنة الرقمية" من خلال تشجيعهم على نشر الوعي بين زملائهم وتنفيذ أنشطة توعوية داخل المدارس، الأمر الذي يسهم في تعزيز مشاركة الطلاب والاستفادة من قدراتهم في بناء بيئة رقمية أكثر أمانًا.

وتعكس هذه الخطوة حرص وزارتي الاتصالات، والتربية والتعليم، على تعزيز التعاون لرفع الوعي الرقمي، وبناء قدرات المعلمين والطلاب في هذا المجال، بما يسهم في ترسيخ ثقافة السلامة الرقمية، ودعم جهود الدولة نحو مجتمع رقمي آمن.

MCIT, Ministry of Education Co-Organize Digi-Safe Program for Students, Teachers

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, is organizing the Digi-Safe program from August 10 to September 3, as part of the Digital Citizenship and Online Safety initiative.

The program aims to build a safer digital environment in schools and strengthen digital skills across the education community. It also equips teachers, schools, and families to help students navigate the digital world safely and responsibly, laying the groundwork for a generation that engages online with awareness and good judgment.

Sessions run for four days in each of four governorates: Giza, Alexandria, Port Said, and Cairo, training 280 teachers and student welfare specialists along with 400 students.

The training covers digital citizenship skills and protection from digital and AI-related risks, including core concepts, safe internet use, risk prevention, and appropriate responses to cyber threats and AI-related dangers. Sessions also address privacy, data protection, password security, and how to report incidents and seek help.

Digi-Safe follows an interactive model built around teamwork, case analysis, real-life scenarios, and exercises on how to respond and intervene appropriately. It's designed to help teachers and student welfare specialists put digital knowledge into practice in their schools.

Students, in turn, take on the role of "digital citizenship ambassadors," raising awareness among their peers and leading activities within their own schools.

The program is a joint effort by MCIT and the Ministry of Education to raise digital awareness and build the capacity of teachers and students to use technology safely. It supports Egypt's push toward a digitally responsible generation, equipped to use technology and AI wisely as the country works toward a safer digital society.

خريجو معهد تكنولوجيا المعلومات يقدمون حلولًا مبتكرة في هاكاثون Qtech بالمنصورة

نظّم معهد تكنولوجيا المعلومات، بالتعاون مع شركة القمم، فعاليات هاكاثون Qtech، يوم 13 أغسطس بمركز إبداع مصر الرقمية في المنصورة، وذلك للعام الثالث على التوالي، بمشاركة 16 مشروعًا من مشروعات تخرج برنامج التدريب الاحترافي بالمعهد.

وأتاح الهاكاثون للمتدربين فرصة لاختبار أفكارهم أمام تحديات واقعية، والاستفادة من خبرات شركاء المعهد والمتخصصين، حيث حصل المشاركون خلال المنافسة على توجيه مباشر من الخبراء، وتقييم فني لمشروعاتهم، ومقترحات تساعدهم على تطوير حلولهم بما يتوافق مع احتياجات السوق.

وخضعت المشروعات المشاركة لتقييم شمل المهارات التقنية، ومستوى الابتكار، والقيمة المقدمة، ومدى توظيف تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في إيجاد حلول قابلة للتطبيق في السوق المحلي والخارجي، بما يعكس قدرة المتدربين على تحويل المعرفة التقنية إلى حلول عملية تعالج تحديات حقيقية وتحقق قيمة ملموسة.

وحقق المركز الأول مشروع CareFlow، الذي استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لتصميم منظومة للعيادات الخارجية تجمع التاريخ المرضي وتحلل التحاليل والأشعة وتربط نتائجها، بما يساعد الطبيب على اتخاذ قرارات أكثر دقة، ويسهم في تحسين تجربة المريض وجودة الرعاية.

وفي المركز الثاني، جاء مشروع SmartSpace AI، وهو منصة ذكية للتصميم الداخلي تحوّل صورة الغرفة وميزانية المستخدم وذوقه إلى تصميم واقعي يعتمد على منتجات حقيقية متاحة للشراء، بما يجعل التصميم أكثر عمليةً وقابليةً للتنفيذ.

وحل في المركز الثالث مشروع Tamrena-AI، وهو منصة ذكية للياقة البدنية تقدم خططًا مخصصة للتمارين والتغذية، وتستخدم الرؤية الحاسوبية لمتابعة أداء التمارين، مع الحفاظ على خصوصية المستخدم من خلال المعالجة المحلية للبيانات.

ويعكس تنظيم الهاكاثون حرص المعهد على تطوير برامجه وربط مخرجاتها باحتياجات سوق العمل الفعلية، من خلال إتاحة بيئات تنافسية واقعية تختبر فيها مهارات المتدربين وقدرتهم على الابتكار. ويعكس تنوع المشروعات المقدمة هذا العام نجاح المعهد في تمكين الشباب من تحويل المعرفة التقنية إلى حلول عملية قابلة للتطبيق، بما يرسخ مكانته باعتباره منصة رائدة لإعداد كفاءات مؤهلة وقادرة على المنافسة في سوق العمل المحلي والدولي.

ITI Graduates Showcase Innovative AI Solutions at Qtech Hackathon in Mansoura

The Information Technology Institute (ITI), in partnership with Alqemam, organized Qtech Hackathon on August 13 at Creativa Innovation Hub in Mansoura. The event, held for the third consecutive year, featured 16 graduation projects from the Professional Training Program.

The hackathon gave trainees a chance to test their ideas against real-world challenges. Participants received direct input from industry experts throughout the competition, including technical assessments of their projects and feedback to help bring their solutions closer to what the market needs.

Projects were judged on technical skill, innovation, overall value, and how well each team used AI to build solutions with real potential in local and international markets. The result was a strong demonstration of the trainees' ability to turn technical knowledge into working solutions for genuine problems.

First place was awarded to CareFlow, an AI-powered platform for outpatient clinics that consolidates patient history and analyzes lab results and imaging, linking the findings to support more informed clinical decisions and enhance both patient experience and quality of care.

Second place went to SmartSpace AI, a smart interior design platform that transforms a photo of a room, along with the user's budget and preferences, into a realistic design composed entirely of real, purchasable products, making the resulting designs more practical and easier to implement.

Third place was secured by Tamrena-AI, a smart fitness platform offering personalized workout and nutrition plans. The platform uses computer vision to monitor exercise performance while preserving user privacy through local data processing.

The hackathon reflects ITI's efforts to keep its training closely aligned with the skills employers are looking for. This year's wide range of projects speaks to the Institute's success in helping young people turn technical knowledge into practical solutions, and reinforces its standing as a leading hub for shaping talent that can compete in local and international job markets.

أكاديمية الأمن السيبراني للنشء والشباب - المرحلة الثالثة

يُعلن المعهد القومي للاتصالات عن فتح باب التسجيل في المرحلة الثالثة من أكاديمية الأمن السيبراني للنشء والشباب، المخصصة للخريجين الذين لديهم أساس معرفي قوي ويسعون إلى تطوير مهاراتهم إلى مستوى أكثر تقدمًا. ويقدَّم التدريب مجانًا بالكامل، بالتعاون مع المركز الوطني للاستعداد لطوارئ الحاسبات والشبكات، التابع للجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات، وتحت رعاية وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

وتتضمن هذه المرحلة مسارين، هما: أمن السحابة، المخصص لتطوير مهارات تأمين البيئات والخدمات السحابية وحماية البيانات والأنظمة من التهديدات السيبرانية، ومسار الحوكمة وإدارة الأخطار والامتثال، الذي يهدف إلى التعريف بمفاهيم الحوكمة وإدارة الأخطار والامتثال، وبناء أطر فعالة لإدارة الأمن السيبراني داخل المؤسسات.

Cybersecurity Superhero Academy – Phase Three

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) is accepting applications for the third phase of Cybersecurity Superhero Academy. This phase is designed for graduates with a solid foundation in cybersecurity who are ready to build more specialized, advanced-level skills. The training is offered free of charge, under the auspices of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), in cooperation with the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) through the Egyptian Computer Emergency Readiness Team (EG-CERT).

Applicants can choose between two tracks. The Cloud Security track builds skills for securing cloud environments and services, and for protecting data and systems from cyber threats. The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) track covers core governance, risk management, and compliance concepts, and equips participants to build effective cybersecurity management frameworks within their organizations.

Admission is based on each track's prerequisites and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

ندوة "الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي: نحو أنظمة آمنة ومرنة"

ينظم مركز تقييم واعتماد هندسة البرمجيات، بهيئة تنمية صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات (إيتيدا)، ندوة مجانية بعنوان "الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي: نحو أنظمة آمنة ومرنة"، يوم 26 أغسطس عبر الإنترنت. وتتناول الندوة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي، وهي أنظمة تجمع بين الإدراك والذاكرة والتفكير واتخاذ القرارات، وتستطيع تنفيذ مهام باستقلالية دون تدخل بشري مباشر. وتشرح الندوة كيف يمكن لهذه الأنظمة، بسبب طبيعة عملها غير الثابتة، أن تنفذ أحيانًا مهام أو تستدعي أدوات لم تكن مقصودة، ولماذا تحتاج إلى ضوابط تحكمها وتحدّ من هذه الأخطار. كما سيتعرف المشاركون على كيفية تصميم هذه الضوابط وسبل استخدامها داخل أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيلي، بالإضافة إلى طرق مختلفة لتطبيقها عمليًا.

اختتام المرحلة الأولى من "المبادرة الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي لقيادات المؤسسات الحكومية" بالتعاون بين وزارة الاتصالات والأكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب

اختُتمت فعاليات المرحلة الأولى من "المبادرة الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي لقيادات المؤسسات الحكومية"، التي نظمتها وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بالتعاون مع الأكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب، بمشاركة ما يقرب من 200 متدرب من قيادات الجهاز الإداري للدولة. وحضر فعاليات الختام نخبة من كبار المسؤولين من الوزارة والأكاديمية.

وتنفَذ المبادرة على عدة مراحل، وتهدف إلى بناء قدرات 500 من قيادات المؤسسات الحكومية بالوزارات والمحافظات والهيئات العامة، وتمكينهم من التعامل مع مستجدات الثورة الرقمية وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يؤهلهم لقيادة هذا التحول بثقة في ظل ما تشهده منظومة العمل من تطورات متسارعة.

وتناول التدريب عددًا من المحاور، منها الاستراتيجية والقيادة في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخدمات الحكومية، والأمن السيبراني والحوكمة الذكية، والابتكار والتقنيات الناشئة، واستشراف المستقبل والاستدامة.

واستمر البرنامج 10 أيام بإجمالي 60 ساعة تدريبية، وشمل سلسلة من المحاضرات المتخصصة والتطبيقات العملية ودراسات الحالة، التي تناولت أحدث التوجهات العالمية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وآليات توظيفه في تطوير الأداء الحكومي.

ويأتي تنفيذ المبادرة في إطار جهود وزارة الاتصالات لبناء القدرات الرقمية للعاملين بالجهاز الإداري للدولة، ودعم التوسع في استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمختلف القطاعات، بما يسهم في تطوير منظومة العمل الحكومي، وتعزيز آليات اتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات، وبناء مؤسسات أكثر كفاءةً ومرونةً وقدرةً على مواكبة المتغيرات المستقبلية.

MCIT, NTA Conclude Round One of ‘AI for Government Organization Leaders’ National Initiative

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), in collaboration with the National Training Academy (NTA), has concluded the first round of the “AI for Government Organization Leaders” national initiative, drawing around 200 participants. Senior officials from both organizations attended the closing session.

The initiative aims to build the capacity of 500 leaders across ministries, governorates, and public agencies, to navigate the digital revolution and put artificial intelligence to work in their institutions, empowering them to lead confidently as technology reshapes the business of government.

The program focused on five core areas: leadership and strategy in the AI era, AI applications in government services, cybersecurity and smart governance, innovation and emerging technologies, and long-term planning for a sustainable future.

Over 10 days totaling 60 training hours, participants took part in specialized lectures, hands-on training, and case studies exploring global AI trends and their application to strengthening government performance.

The initiative is part of a broader MCIT effort to strengthen digital skills across the state administrative apparatus and expand the use of AI across sectors. The goal is government operations that run more efficiently, decisions grounded firmly in data, and institutions equipped to adapt as the future unfolds.
