مـقـال جـديـر بـالـقـراءة ..
" لا تـخـلـط بين الـحـكـومـة و الـوطـن" .مـفـهـوم الـحـكـومـة و الـوطـن فـي الـعـالـم الـعـربـي .

كان "روبـرت فـيـسـك " من أشهر الصحفيين في العالم، وأحد الذين يعرفونن طباع العرب جيِّداً، عاش في بلاد العرب ثلاثين عاماً وكان يسكن في مدينه بيروت .. و كان مراسل الأندبندنت البريطانية في الشرق الأوسط و كان من الصحفيين الغربيين القلائل، و كن يُعتبر صحفي مناهضاً لسياسة أمريكا وبلده بريطانيا في الشرق الاوسط..

يقول روبـرت فـيـسـك :
أتعلمون لماذا بيوت العرب في غاية النَّظافة، بينما شوارعهم على النَّقيض من ذلك .. السببُ أنَّ العرب يشعرون أنَّهم يملكون بيوتهم، لكنهم لا يشعرون أنَّهم يملكون أوطانهم .هل فعلاً شوارعنا متسخة وعفنة.. لأنَّنا نشعر أنَّنا لا نملكُ أوطاننا ..؟!

و علل ان هذا يرجع إلى سببين :

الأوَّل :
أنَّنا نخلطُ بين مفهوم الوطن ومفهوم الحكومة، فنعتبرهما واحداً، وهذه مصيبة بحدِّ ذاتها .. الحكومة هي إدارة سياسية لفترة قصيرة من عمر الوطن، ولا حكومة تبقى للأبد .. بينما الوطن هو التاريخ والجغرافيا، والتراب الذي ضمَّ عظام الأجداد، والشجر الذي شرب عرقهم، هو الفكر والكتب، والعادات والتقاليد ..

لهذا من حقِّ كل إنسان أن يكره الحكومة ولكن ليس من حقِّه أن يكره الوطن .. والمصيبة الأكبر من الخلط بين الحكومة والوطن هو أن نعتقد أنَّنا ننتقم من الحكومة إذا أتلفنا الوطن ..!!.. وكأنَّ الوطن للحكومة وليس لنا ..

ما علاقة الحكومة بالشارع الذي أمشي فيه أنا وأنتَ، وبالجامعة التي يتعلم فيها إبني وإبنكَ، وبالمستشفى التي تتعالج فيها زوجتي وزوجتكَ، الأشياء ليست مِلك مَن يديرها وإنَّما مِلك مَن يستخدمها ..نحن في الحقيقة ننتقمُ من الوطن وليس من الحكومة، الحكومات تُعاقبُ بطريقة أُخرى لو كنَّا نحبُّ الوطن فعلاً ..

الثَّاني :
أنَّ ثقافة الملكيَّة العامًَّة معدومة عندنا، حتى لنبدو أنَّنا نعاني إنفصاماً ما .. فالذي يحافظ على نظافة مرحاض بيته هو نفسه الذي يوسِّخ المرحاض العام .. والذي يحافظ على الطاولة في البيت هو نفسه الذي يحفر إسمه على مقعد المدرسة والجامعة .. والأبُّ الذي يريد من إبنه أن يحافظ على النِّظام في البيت هو نفسه الذي يرفض أن يقف في الطابور بإنتظار دوره .. والأُمُّ التي لا ترضى أن تُفوِّت إبنتها محاضرة واحدة هي نفسها التي تهربُ من الدوام .

خلاصة القول :
الحكومة ليست الوطن شئنا هذا أَم أبَينا، ومشاكلنا مع الحكومة لا يحلُّها تخريب الوطن .. إنَّ الشعب الذي ينتقم من وطنه لأنَّ حكومته سيئة لا يستحقُّ حكومة أفضل .. ورُقيِّنا لا يُقاس بنظافة حديقة بيتنا وإنَّما بنظافة الحديقة العامَّة بعد جلوسنا فيها ..

لو تأمَّلنا حالنا لوجدنا أنَّنا أعداء أنفسنا، وأنَّه لا أحد يسيء لأوطاننا بقدر ما نفعل نحن ..

وصدق القائل : الإنسان لا يحتاج إلى شوارع نظيفة ليكون محترماً، ولكن الشوارع تحتاج إلى أُناسٍ محترمين لتكون نظيفة .
شارك في التعميم بقدر حبِّك للوطن .. ومهما كان حبُّك أو كرهك للحكومة ..

اليوم لسبت الموافق 11 نوفمبر 2023 .
في شراكة ذكية منتجة تم التوقيع اليوم علي مزكرة تعاون ورعاية بين معهد كوش للدراسات الطبية مع أكاديمية المراءة الفاضلة .

جاء الاتفاق علي الخدمات المشتركة بين الطرفين حيث تقدم الأكاديمية برامج تدريبية لمنسوبي خلال الأنشطة المجتمعية والثقافية .

عبر مدير معهد كوش الدكتور/ جون كيم عن سعادته بالاتفاق وأكد وقفته مع اكاديمية المراءة الفاضلة لما تقدمه من برامج وأنشطة مجتمعية مفيدة وملموسة علي مستوي جمهورية القاهرة.

كما أشاد السيد / باتيستا بحسن الاستقبال في مكتب معهد كوش بالقاهرة مصر وأشار الي وقفته القوية مع كوش من خلال أنشطة الأكاديمية التدريبية والثقافية والاجتماعية وتقديم ارقي الخدمات المتفق عليها .
الجدير بالذكر بأن البروتوكول تتضمن تقديم دبلومات معتمدة عالميا من الولايات المتحد الامريكية ,في مجالات التمريض و الصحة العامة والتدليك و المساج العلاجي .
وتم تدشين الاتفاق في مباني ادارة معهد كوش للدراسات الطبية في يوم السبت الموافق الحادي عشر من نوفمبر 2023م.

Today is Saturday, November 11, 2023.
In a smart and productive partnership, a memorandum of cooperation and sponsorship was signed today between the Koch Institute for Medical Studies and the ALmarah alfadila Academy.

The agreement came on joint services between the two parties, as the academy provides training programs for its employees during community and cultural activities.

The Director of the Koch Institute, Dr. John Kim, expressed his happiness with the agreement and affirmed his support for ALmarah alfadila Academy for the useful and tangible community programs and activities it provides at the level of the Republic of Cairo.

Mr. Batista also received a good reception at the Koch Institute office in Cairo, Egypt, and pointed out his strong stance with Koch through the academy’s training, cultural and social activities and providing the finest services agreed upon.
It is worth noting that the protocol includes the provision of internationally accredited diplomas from the United States of America, in the fields of NURSING, PUBLIC HEALTH, MASSAGE, and THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE.
The agreement was inaugurated in the administration buildings of the Koch Institute for Medical Studies on Saturday, November 11, 2023.
The Academy was represented by Mr. Peterov Batista, General Director, and the Koch Institute was represented by Mr. Dr. John Kim
