The west wall hops are coming on nicely. Just put the wires up to the 20ft level.

The West Wall hops are making a start. The local wild hop of unknown variety from St Michael’s has taken the lead. The Cascade and Centennial are sending out shoots.

First hop harvest. The small ones are Cascade and the biguns are Centennial.

Getting one of each of these beauties next week! The hops are ready for harvesting so we'll be running a batch of Aigburth Pale Ale using fresh green Cascade and Centennial hops, grown in Aigburth.

I was listening to Soviet era jazz when I was making it!

Test brew of C C C P in the barrel and 2 bottles. Triple hopped - Cascade/Cascade/Citra Soviet Jazz Pale Ale (that’s what I was listening to when I barrelled it).

Just need some Liverpool-grown hops for my next Aigburth Pale Ale - APA - now.

Just started the first Cascade/Cascade/Citra Pale - CCCP - trial brew. Two stages of Cascade then Citra on flame out. Thanks to Willem for the assistance.
