NORDIC PADEL is climate friendly - our tournament is fully carbon neutral!
We are happy to announce that we have compensated our CO2 emissions and earned the CO2 PAID label for our tournament. The climate certificate has been issued to Nordic Padel by Ilmastokummit Oy.
Our CO2 emission compensation takes into account average CO2 emissions for every player, staff and visitors for the duration of the tournament, court lights, travel to/from the club by the players and visitors, as well as general electricity usage, heating and restaurant operations in the club. The total estimate is 7.4 tons of CO2 emissions during the tournament and we've compensated a total of 10 tons.
