Modern, clean and stylishly decorated this comfortable 3 bedroom apartment is situated off "Callejon de Agua" which runs off Calle real, by the Club de Pensionista in the center of Frigiliana. Access is via stairs off Calle Real (principal street in Frigiliana), up from Carlos Cano (bottom road for parking) or from the newly completed botanical gardens

This is a lovely and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment located right in the moorish Centre of Frigiliana it has , a comfortable lounge / dining room, 3 bedrooms, family bath/shower room, english language TV, fully equipped separate kitchen, large terrace overlooking the botanical gardens and access to communal swimming pool. The pool is one of the nicest in the village, the apartment comes with access (keys etc). The front door opens onto a small hallway with direct access to the open and bright living/dining room with a well equipped separate kitchen to the right/rear. The salon has been comfortably decorated in a modern style with sofa and chair centered around a coffee table, and TV. There are double patio doors to the front of the salon which lead onto a private terrace. The kitchen is well equipped; sink, hob, oven, micro, fridge freezer,washing machine, kettle, etc..
- all brand new and everything necessary for holiday catering. Access to the pool is from Carlos Cano, a short walk and once there the pool area is fabulous. A large grassed area, large pool with integrated whirlpool bath and showers. There is little shade around the pool, so please remember to take adequate sun protection. This is a nice apartment, ideal for holiday rental to visit the village and to see Andalucia. It's right in the centre of the village close enough to maintain local connections; shops, bars,
restaurants and social activities.

Water stop - getting hot today.

Burriana Playa yesterday afternoon and evening. We had a fantastic time. Thoroughly recommend it. The beach, restaurants and bars are fantastic.
