Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 116, work in all government offices on April 1, 2026 shall be as follows:

•Work-From-Home Arrangement: 8:00am to 12:00nn

•Suspension of Work: 12:00 nn onwards

However, offices whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, units performing safety and security services, and other vital services shall continue with their operations. Such offices are directed to establish and maintain adequate operational arrangements, including skeletal workforce deployment and readiness protocols, in order to effectively respond to emergencies and continuously deliver critical services as the situation may require.

Samantala, ang mga opisina ng PGA na ang tungkulin ay may kinalaman sa public safety, disaster risk reduction, kalusugan, at iba pang kaugnay na serbisyo ay kinakailangang mag-operate ng 24/7. Kaya't ang lahat ng kanilang tauhan ay dapat patuloy na mag-report sa trabaho ng pisikal nang hindi bababa sa 8 oras bawat araw, Lunes hanggang Biyernes.

Ito ay bilang pagtalima sa ipinalabas na Memorandum Circular No. 114 ng Malacañang, kasunod ng anunsyo ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. kaugnay ng mga hakbang laban sa epekto ng pagtaas ng presyo ng langis na dulot ng kaguluhan sa Middle East.
