El se presentará los próximos 𝟑𝟎 𝐲 𝟑𝟏 𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨 en el Teatro del Bosque de Móstoles con 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚, cuyo estreno absoluto por el BNE tuvo lugar el 15 de marzo de 2007 en el Teatro de La Zarzuela de Madrid.
Esta coreografía, firmada por Ángel Rojas y Carlos Rodríguez, aborda la danza española, en palabras de los coreógrafos, “respirando la juventud y frescura de los bailarines de esta generación rica en conocimientos, reflejándonos en los colores de las pinturas de Sorolla, buscando la complicidad del baile en pareja, interpretando la se*******ad de las miradas, de las caricias, de los besos, acordándonos de los grandes bailarines que ha dado nuestra tierra, para así intentar mostrar con latidos de castañuelas nuestro sentido y sentimiento”.
El BNE completa su programa con otras dos importantes coreografías:
🕺 𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐏𝐢𝐞𝐥, un solo de Miguel Ángel Corbacho, compuesto de tres sonatas que representan un recorrido a lo largo de su vida. En palabras del bailarín y coreógrafo: “Mi historia está compuesta de vivencias y sentimientos. Todos los cambios que he desarrollado a lo largo de la vida los llevo en la piel y es lo que me hacen ser lo que soy”.
💃 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐚, uno de los mejores ballets teatralizados del flamenco. Su dramaturgia, escrita por Miguel Narros sobre la tragedia de Séneca, la música de Manolo Sanlúcar y la coreografía de José Granero, componen un espectáculo desgarrador, sin fisuras, un relato de amor, traición y venganza, cuyo valor artístico ha permanecido inalterable hasta hoy.

🇬🇧 The Ballet Nacional de España will perform on 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟑𝟏𝐬𝐭 at Teatro del Bosque in Móstoles with 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚, whose world premiere by the BNE took place on March 15th, 2007, at Madrid’s Teatro de la Zarzuela.
This choreography, created by Ángel Rojas and Carlos Rodríguez, approaches Spanish dance, in the words of the choreographers, “breathing in the youth and freshness of the dancers of this generation, rich in knowledge; reflecting ourselves in the colours of Sorolla’s paintings; seeking the complicity of partner dancing; interpreting the sensuality of glances, caresses and kisses; remembering the great dancers our land has given us, in order to try to express our meaning and feeling through the heartbeat of castanets.”
The BNE completes its program with two other important choreographies:
🕺 𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐏𝐢𝐞𝐥, a solo by Miguel Ángel Corbacho, composed of three sonatas that represent a journey through his life. In the words of the dancer and choreographer: “My story is made up of experiences and feelings. All the changes I have gone through in life are carried on my skin, and they are what make me who I am.”
💃 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐚, one of the finest theatrical flamenco ballets. Its dramaturgy, written by Miguel Narros based on Seneca’s tragedy, the music of Manolo Sanlúcar and the choreography of José Granero come together in a heartrending, seamless production: a story of love, betrayal and revenge whose artistic value remains undiminished to this day.
