Some pictures from the reengage marriage class tonight. Here are the line up for the next ten weeks:
Week one: Love
Week Two: Brokenness, Week three: Grace Week four: Humility ,Week Five: Communication, Week Six: Forgiveness, Week Seven: Making Amends, Week Eight: Reconciliation, Week Nine: Commitment and Week Ten: Expectations. Come and join our facilitators Brother Jeremiah and Sister Charlene Brews as we study the word of God together and grow together .

The marriage reengage ten weeks class for married couples started today at the chapel. It will continue every Monday from 6pm-7-pm with Dinner and 8-9 is the class. This class will help you even if you have been married for a while or just got married. It is biblically sound and based. Sign up for the next class and encourage others to strengthen their marriage.

Today during Protestant worship we honored RP2 Wade Bryant and his wife for their service to the chapel. We also said goodbye to Chapel Storie and Welcomed Chaplain Parks to our community. When you see Chaplain Parks please welcome he and his wife. Please also say thanks to chaplain Storie for his great leadership.

Photos from the Ash Wednesday service and the SAPR training with the sailors in Lisbon , Portugal today. Thanks to all who showed up up for the service and the training today. Great job to Thomas Clark , Lay leader here in Lisbon for arranging everything.

We will have Ash Wednesday service for the Protestant community on Wednesday 2/18/26 at 16:30 and for the Catholic community at 12 noon the same day. All are invited to attend. There will be imposition of ashes on the forehead. Loooking forward to seeing you all.

Today at the chapel worship service we were blessed by the presence of Pastor Jose Almarza Cano from All Nations church. He was our guest preacher for the day. His message was “ I had an Epiphany “
His text was from Mark 9:2-9 and 2 Peter 1:16-21
He encouraged each worshipper to recount his or her epiphany. Use those epiphany to continue to worship God. We encourage you to worship with us each Sunday 11:45am. No matter your Protestant background we welcome you to worship with us. God bless you and grant your peace this week.

We are excited at the chapel to welcome onboard our in coming supervisory Chaplain Commander Parks. He brings to us a wealth of ministry experience. We are looking forward to his leadership and support as we serve. We also want to thank our out going supervisor Commander James Storie for his leadership over the past few years. We wish him all of God’s blessings as he returns to the US in May.
